Jason and the entire Kitchen Savers team was a pleasure to work with. They provided professional service from the start, with taking measurements to beginning work on time, and finishing on time. Most importantly the employees were neat, kept the dust down and I was still able to use my kitchen at the end of the work day.
It has been 3 months and the doors are more beautiful than the first day. They are easy to clean and I have shown my kitchen to others in my building who want a no-mess no-fuss kitchen renovation. I increased my property value in three days of work and I am so happy .I highly recommend Kitchen Savers for a renovation .

I was looking to redo my kitchen, so I called Kitchen Saver. I had heard about this company. My first introduction to Kitchen Saver was my sales representative Jason Dilthey he got the process started. Jason guided me through the expectations of job via brochures the time it would take for the work to be completed and the financial options that are available. Also Jason was available if I needed to call to ask about any other concerns. Kitchen Saver is a great company and my kitchen cabinets look great very happy with their work.

Erik was a very hard worker and did a great job I’m very happy with him and kitchen savers. I would recommend them highly to anyone.James was the salesman on.this project and we were extremely impressed with his knowledge and expertise!

Was not told could not eat in kitchen we bought food for that week we could not use it until the kitchen was finished

I had a very good experience with Kitchen Saver. Easy, clear and neat process end to end. The whole process as well as renovations turned out exactly how it was communicated. The work was done by professionals and the place was maintained clean throughout the process.
I'd highly recommend Kitchen Saver to anyone who's planning to upgrade kitchen cabinets.

Alex did the work on my cabinets. Fantastic. Always arrived on time. Willing to help where you needed it and was great on cleanup. Cabinets are beautiful.

Our kitchen had shown a lot of wear and tear after 11 years of constant use. The quartz countertops held up perfectly but the cabinets were in pretty bad shape. We considered a complete remodel but after realizing how insane prices for materials have become post covid, we opted for refacing the existing cabinets which saved us well over 11K in costs.

We contracted Kitchen Saver (through Lowes which gave us an additional 5% discount) who completed their project in 4 days and came in around $19K (includes demo, haul away). We met with them personally on 2 occasions (1 to review the plethora of options / 1 to measure the kitchen). The sales rep Gennaro explained the training process for their technicians and covered the entire game plan thoroughly. He's a very good salesman who has a lot of experience in the industry.

Fernando and Angel ultimately did all of the grunt work on site and these guys were excellent. Very careful in preparation to contain the dust from spreading and they did a decent job cleaning up afterwards as well. They replaced all of the doors/cabinets and layered the shells with a laminate that blends really well with the color scheme you choose. These guys take a lot of pride in their craftmanship and we couldn't be happier with the results.

First time dealing with this company. I called to make an appointment to give me an estimate on my kitchen cabinets. I spoke to the lady and I said to her “could someone call me an hour before they’re on their way to my house.” She said to me, “don’t worry they will be there on time at 6 PM. so I got to my house at 5:30. By 6:30 nobody shows. I called the company back. They said they have nobody in this area to give me an estimate very bad business. Someone should’ve called me and told me that Sorry there’s nobody coming. First experience and last experience with kitchen saver. Very unhappy with this company. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company

Kitchen turned out perfectly. Work was done efficiently and expertly. I saved money and time. Everyone involved from salesman to installers did great work. I appreciated their recommendations on the project.

**LONG POST...I'm giving a 1 because the presentation of the products and the marketing were perfect. The sales person told me not to worry about the down payment. Later, I see that I had accepted a LOAN for the down payment. RED FLAG

I love a DIY project but didn't have the time nor energy to reface my cabinets on my second floor. I hold multiple degrees in science (BS and MS) but neither in architecture, engineering, or carpentry. Therfore, I elected to hire Kitchen Saver for the project.

I was told my cabinet doors would meet the edges of the cabinets (they would be bigger). There would be little, if any, spacing between doors. Now for the measurements and installation. (1) The doors and spacing look to be the SAME sizes as they were originally (I didn't measure, I TRUSTED Kitchen Saver). (2) The installer was late so I had to give him the key to my house to begin the job. Because of this, I had to purchase new locks for my doors. (3) The installer overflowed my toilet (causing the water to leak into my 1st floor apartment) and (4) clogged the 1st floor's kitchen sink.
(5) I was told the installer would cut any wood OUTSIDE, if cutting was necessary at all. You'll see the tools in the apartment along with the dust on hard wood floors. I had to tell the installer to put the heavy tools on something so he didn't damage the flooring. He complied. The job is finished.

Kitchen Saver has decided to provide ZERO compensation. What steps would you take if you were in my shoes?

I had a horrible experience with Kitchen saver, not only they not trustworthy, they not reliable. I felt robbed, I was told by Wayne the representative that they are a competitive company, "Price match was guaranteed " therefore I trusted them I gave them my deposit, then I found out another company had offered better price to change my kitchen cabinets, so I called them to see if they can beat the price as I was told! after I spoke to Wayne and John who is the manager, they said they will call me back, since then I haven't heard from them. I decided to canceled my kitchen project with them, I called and sent multiple emails requesting for my refund, no one ever responded!

Excellent job from start to finish. They have a lot of experience and the price was good. Everyone, and I mean everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy process for this senior citizen. I highly recommend Kitchen Saver!

Kitchen Saver completed the refacing of my cabinets in two days. They look like brand new, high end cabinets. It was obvious the technicians took pride in their work. They were efficient, worked continuously with only a break for lunch, very personable, and a pleasure to deal with. The added touches are wonderful - self, slow closing doors and drawers, hinges that do not let doors hit appliances or other doors, and very easy to clean surface. I love my new pot drawers and pull-outs! I would recommend Kitchen Saver to all family and friends.
