My grandma recently moved into her new condo in Fairview. We noticed her dryer was getting hot but the clothes were still taking a really long time to dry. I first tried to clear out the vent myself with a cleaning kit, but the brush ended up getting stuck inside the vent. After that, I decided to call a professional air duct cleaning service. Eric came out to help us. He used special pneumatic tools to remove the compacted lint that was blocking the 4-inch dryer vent tube. After his thorough cleaning, the airflow improved a lot and the dryer started working much better. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and even gave us a 90-day guarantee on his work. His cleaning process included cleaning the vent both from behind the dryer and from the roof. He used a HEPA vacuum with a special attachment to collect almost all the lint, and then made sure to vacuum up any leftover debris. When he was finished, everything was neat and tidy. Eric was honest and reliable, doing exactly what he promised. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this service to anyone in Fairview who needs their air ducts or dryer vents cleaned.

Do not use this company. They're not professional nor do they value your time. This is what happened to me.

I booked them for a 2 sofa cleaning job since they had 5 star reviews here on Google (which now look fishy judging by the sentence structure the reviewers used). I also wanted to use them because they are local and extremely close to my apt.

The lady on the phone booked me for their earliest appointment for this Tuesday. A day later after I made the appointment they called me back saying they can't make it that day and rebooked me for Wednesday (No problem, stuff happens).

My appointment slot for the new Wednesday appointment was 9am-12pm. I specifically took time off and held off other work I had to do to ensure I'd be home for the appointment. At 10:30am I received another call from them saying that the technician is delayed due to a difficult repair job and the new slot is 1pm-3pm.
I asked the lady "What time is your first appointment?", and was told 9am-12pm is our first slot. So now I'm trying to figure out if they double booked or pick and choose between what assignment is more lucrative.

At 2:30pm I received a call from the person in charge at Dove and was told that in exchange for being rescheduled 3 times last minute, I was offered a 10% discount 😂. This is how much they value your time!

So just to make it clear to any other potential customer of Dove's. They will waste your time. I'm actually doubting if this company is real and located in the US. There have been cases where overseas businesses pretend to be local companies for service and then contract out the job to random day gig workers who are unreliable.

Edit: So now it's 2:53pm and their Supervisor called back and told me they have to cancel the appointment because the technician has a flat tire. (Another lie). Wasting 6 hours of someone's time and they could care less. The lack of professionalism from the company and common sense is disgusting.

Edit: they've now resorted to paying for fake profiles to post 5 star reviews. Just look at the profiles that posting 5 star reviews.

I highly recommend this company for regular home upkeep. The technicians were very polite and made sure to navigate around my antique furniture safely. The carpets dried fast and feel incredibly soft to walk on.

Amazed by the results! Excellent service!

My upholstery got a bad odor that’s why I called them and they arrived same day with a professional technicians that efficiently cleaned my upholstery.
