I’m extremely impressed with the level of service provided by this company. We booked dryer vent cleaning services, air duct cleaning services, he arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked very thoroughly throughout the appointment. He made sure all areas were cleaned properly and left the home spotless afterward. We got F&W Dryer Vent Cleaning of Fanwood & Painters service, and after talking to Ryan, we also decided to purchase Attic Insulation. I'm quite happy that we did! In addition to our chimney looking fantastic, the house's airflow has significantly improved. Ryan took the time to show us the before-and-after pictures and was kind and knowledgeable. In terms of temperature management, the attic insulation was revolutionary. I have nothing but praise for the F&W crew. They provided timely, thorough, and reasonably priced service. I was tired of seeing dust floating in the sunbeams every afternoon, so I finally booked an air duct cleaning service. Caleb was the tech who came out, and he was very thorough, checking the air handler and the coils as well as the ducts. He found a lot of drywall dust from a renovation we did three years ago that was still circulating through the vents. He cleaned everything out and wiped down the returns, and the difference in the sunbeam test is incredible. I’m not seeing nearly as much floating debris, and the house just feels more sanitized. He was very polite and worked around my two barking dogs without any issues.

Terrible communication and customer service.
Pricing nowhere near what they suggested. Go elsewhere

They arrived on time and called to let me know they were on the way. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, I would definitely recommend them.
