Had an emergency leak at my house this week and had no water. A tech was sent out that day and made the repairs and restored my water. Couldn't be more pleased by the response and service. Definitely would recommend them.

A-General was recommended to us by our plumber specifically for their expertise around house drains, called at 5pm for a clogged house drain, water was backing up into basement sink at our rental property and A-General were there within 90minutes, cleared the drain of some “roots” and kept us updated through the entire process. Pricing was very fair for an emergency call after 5pm Highly recommend!

Waking up to a sewage clog in your basement at 6:30 on a Wednesday morning is unpleasant to say the least. They came promptly, explained everything, did terrific work, and even worked with the restoration company doing the clean-up! Highly recommend, and will be using them going forward!

Had a simple clogged sewer line. Cody did a great job. Fair price 😊 very honest and professional.
Had Roto rooters come to give me an estimate. They were. 3 time the price!!!! Called a few more. All charging high fee just to come out and look.

4 years ago, I had a flood that devastated my first floor. Cody came and demonstrated kindness and compassion as well as excellent work. Today I needed plumbing help and Cody is the only person I want to help me due to his craftmanship and skill but more importantly his kindness,

Called A General re a leaking kitchen waste line last Sunday. Cody was here by 3pm and fixed the problem in short order. These folks are the best and Cody was an excellent plumber and gentleman!

These guys are quick! I called them late in the afternoon and they were able to dispatch someone within an hour to check our sewer line.

They are also reasonable with the cost. They will only offer the service that is needed, they will not make you pay for service that is not necessary. Kudos!

Fast Response Time! Carmelo was a true proffessional, he was very helpful, worked clean and quickly. I would absolutley recommend them to anyone. We now have a "guy" for our plumbing and sewer needs.

I had a problem with my sewear yesterday. I called A-GENRAL for help. It was my first time using this company, and with quick response, they sent over a guy named Jay. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did everything he can to slove the problem even after he found out the problem was with the city line , he called the city and stay with me till the problem was solved, I think that's the best customer service I've personally experienced. Thank you so much Jay you are a great plumber and service provider!

They sent someone the same day I called. Their service man was excellent. He fixed the problem and made certain that there were no additional leaks. He left my kitchen clean and leak free and was great to deal with. Thank you for such terrific service.

Carlos was the "clogged sewer specialist" was recommended to my landlord, Mrs. Palardy by her plumber Gary Brown . .both are EXCELLENT at what they do. I presently do not know too many plumbing, heating, sewer personnel, yet Humility is the "trademark" of these two fine gentlemen.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from A General. Cody was the consummate professional from beginning to end! He did a wonderful job, explained everything, and left my house very clean!.

A General did a great job repairing our water line today. Kevin and Ismael arrived on time, repaired the leak under the patio and cleaned the area when they were finished. I think it’s cleaner now than when they started. They were also very careful to not damage my plants and flowers surrounding the patio.

Highly recommend A -general… Have used this company a few times now ! From small leaks to installing sink to moving a gas line for new stove & installing dishwasher & my weekend emergency was handled same day very professional company and a shout out to my latest tech Billy. Great job.

Today I had my mainline snaked by Carmelo, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. He did an excellent job, completing the work in under an hour. I highly recommend their services! I was more than happy they were able to schedule me with short notice and fix my issue
