I called this service to fix a leaky faucet outside on the side of the house which had a cracked little piece inside. That was replaced within minutes. While he was here, I asked him to check my showerhead for the water pressure. He took it apart, put it back and could see it wasn't giving me the right water pressure. He asked if I wanted to replace the showerhead with the hand held spray and I said yes. I wanted a rainshower head with a handheld spray. He also put a suction cup in the main bathroom to hold the shower handheld up. It did not take him more than an hour to do this. $619.23. I asked him for an itemized bill to see what each item cost me and he couldn't. I asked how much the shower hand held was and he couldn't give me a price for anything. I called the company to complain about not knowing on my bill what I was paying for. The woman told me they don't usually put the prices on the bill. She said she was going to send me an itemized bill which she has not. Jim, the plumber was very nice, professional and did good work however what upset me is that I don't know how much I paid for his service and the parts. I hesitate to ever use them again.

Had an emergency leak at my house this week and had no water. A tech was sent out that day and made the repairs and restored my water. Couldn't be more pleased by the response and service. Definitely would recommend them.
