Response to a leaking shut off valve was quick. Ryan and helper were professional and explained the work and the costs before beginning the work. Most importantly, they did a great job.

Neil Slattery Plumbing came out to install new tub and shower valves and an oversized escutcheon in our main bathroom. Mike and Ryan were our technicians. Due to an unexpected issue, the sheetrock in the room adjacent to the bathroom had to be opened as part of the project and was done very neatly. Mike and Ryan were excellent technicians. They were professional, friendly and offered suggestions for the project. Pricing and project description was transparent and the guys also left the area spotless! The office staff, including Danielle, was also very nice and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Two technicians spent a considerable amount of time to identify and repair a leak in one of my air conditioners. All of the technicians I have dealt with over the years have been efficient and courteous. The repair was covered under a consumer warranty.

Randy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He, and his associate Alex, were able to evaluate the situation and address my issues in a timely professional manner.

Tech was right on time. Very knowledgeable and nice. The heat did stop again that night. He came back first thing in the morning to correct the problem. I recommend them for repairs and new installations!

I had an excellent experience with Mike who was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what would have to be done with 3 different projects. Because the cottage is 103 years old, he explained how some parts may not be available anymore so new fixtures would be needed.
Finally he listed and explained in detail what the cost for each would be and how much could be saved along with other benefits by having the annual Gold Plumbing Package.
