Innovative installed a new Cummins standby generator. The entire procedure & all personnel were exceptional. Dealing with home repairs/ replacements/installations on my own was a new & somewhat intimidating experience, but everyone connected with the procedure was outstanding.

Innovative installed my generator years ago and services it annually. Mike the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Innovative installed a full house gas generator. The whole project went very smoothly from initial booking to final inspection. The generator works as advertised and we are very please with it. It is very quiet. The technicians and the office staff were very friendly, and we could not be happier with the whole process.

First time using Innovative Electric and I can honestly say, I would use them again without hesitation. In the middle of the COVID pandemic, we were in need of a new outlet for our garage refrigerator and freezer. I called Innovative, amongst others, and Innovative got back to me almost instantly. I was able to send pictures and explanation of what we needed and was given a fair and honest quote via email. It was a very nice that the interaction was contactless given the world we live in now. Two days later, Innovative showed up ready to work. Very minimal interaction once we showed them the way through the garage into the basement to get to the panel....which we appreciated. In less than two hours we had a brand new outlet in our garage. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend Innovative!

IE installed a 40kW generator just in time for the massive snow we received. Just like carrying an umbrella and knowing that it’s not going to rain, having the full house generator insured that we never lost power during the snowstorm. The security of knowing it was there was good enough for us. They handle everything from permits to the gas company through electrical which was perfect that one person is responsible for the entire project. I would highly recommend them for your generator needs.

Innovative Electric installed a home generator for us. They were extremely professional every step of the way. Work was done on schedule and of very high quality. Communication was excellent as well. The generator has been installed for about six months now and has worked flawlessly.

I had a backup generator installed by Innovative. Their price was fair and competitive. The instillation went flawlessly. Sonny and his crew were courteous and totally professional. They put down drop cloths to protect flooring etc. Very happy that we chose Innovative Electrical and would highly recommend them!

Innovative Electric was terrific during all phases of our generator installation. They did fantastic work - even impressing the town inspector. They were the lowest bid we got and delivered on time, within budget and were great to work with.

Innovative Electric does not know how to repair generators. They just do guessing work, spend hours on the phone with the manufacturer trying to figure out what’s wrong, charge you a lot of money for wrong parts replacement and then ignore you for at least one year so you can’t dispute their charges with your bank.
Please, don’t use this company. Long story short. My generator had a gas leak in August 2022. They replaced one part for over $900 but gas smell was still there. They said it must be a different part. So I lost my $900 but agreed to order another part. New part was a wrong part again so agreed to wait for a 3rd part. I was told it is on the backorder and it can take up to a year which I did not take literally. After following up monthly and listening to their promises in August 2023 I realized they were just stalling me so I can’t dispute with my credit card the amount they charged me for replacing the wrong generator part. I confronted them and the answer was that they never promised me to order the backordered part. They also recommended to find another service provider to repair my generator because they decided not to repair the brand name generator I have. I invested almost over $2000 into this company and around $1700 was for the part that did not have to be replaced, for the 2nd diagnostic for the same issue and the damaged battery because their tech after the 3rd visit forgot to set my generator to Auto mode. My generator did not start for weekly maintenance for one month which caused my almost 2 year old battery to die and they did not even acknowledged it and charged me a full price to replace it. I never complained about that because I just wanted my generator to be fixed. I feel like I was fooled and I hope you look for a company who has more integrity instead of fake reviews. It seems like I am not the only one who had a similar experience with their generator repair.

This is a solid really well run company with excellent customer service, easy online payment interaction and friendly people who do exactly what they say they are going to do with a smile on their faces. The pricing is reasonable and I sleep better knowing they have my back on my generator which I inherited back in 2007 when we moved to this home. Some companies are just great. This is one of them.

Mike serviced our Generac generator. Making the appointment was easy, Mike came right on time and was a thorough professional. also, the price from Innovative was very competitive.

We have been using Innovative Electric for many many years to monitor and repair our original Generac Full house generator, which was poorly installed by another company when we were building our home. Innovative was great maintaining it and when it finally died after hurricane Sandy we knew who to trust when we needed to purchase a new one and to handle all the installation needs. We could not be happier with our Koehler generator it’s so much quieter than our Generac and we trust Innovative with their monitoring and service contracts. We highly recommend this company for all your Electrical needs!

The service engineer came and serviced our generator and replaced the battery. there were no issues during the servicing. We are happy with the promptness and execution of the service. We would recommend Innovative Electrical to others.

We purchased a Kohler 10KW standby generator for my son as a house warming gift. I’ve waited for a full year before providing a review so I had full experience from installation, usage and maintenance. Overall we’re extremely happy with Innovative Electrical.

To start, the office staff has been fantastic. Efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve contacted them more times then I can count with questions, scheduling and payments. I’ve found using email the most efficient and normally received a reply or a phone call back in a couple hours.

The original site visit was by Sonny, the owner of the company. He spent over an hour discussing choices of manufactures, sizes and location of the generator. This was not a standard installation as the previous homeowner had a main panel, a sub-panel and manual transfer switch. I wanted all that cleaned up. There was no pressure to make any on the spot decision, which was a pleasure.

Next was the installation. There was a crew of 3 individuals and before they got started they spent time reviewing with me the location of the generator, how the wires would be run and the breaker layout. I was on site for both days, you could hear them discuss what they were doing and tell they took pride in their work.

Last was the yearly maintenance. The gentleman who performance the yearly maintenance took the time to explain all the items being done to my son and why they are performed.

This company rocks! I used Innovative to install by stand-by home generator 4 years ago (perfect job done) and have them servicing it each year with zero issues. Recently serviced my generator I ask for some specific extras and did another perfect job! Friendly service personnel and staff! Would highly recommend them!

If you don’t give this place 5 stars you’re crazy. First time homeowner, reached out to several electricians or electrical companies and half didn’t even get back to me. The ones that did I talked to each and Innovative Electric was by far the most communicative, professional, and best prices. Our home needs considerable amount of work from it needing to be grounded, 200 amp upgrade, electric set up to the barn, wiring issues, outlets, and more. I couldn’t be more thankful to find this team. From the owners, Sue, EJ, and Carlos everyone is personable, attentive, considerate, timely, and enormously skilled. Glad I have their help, highly recommend.
