Chemical, soft wash and clear seal wood deck, as well, power wash, added sand and seal paver walkways. All work was done in a timely and professional manner, and looks great.

They did an OK job for their high charge. Their average hour rate is $750/2 people. The chemical they used can damage your lawn and flowers. They told you to wait, the lawn and flowers will be back after a while. Then refused to fix the lawn and flowers after 2 months.

Amazing experience with Guaranteed! They came on time and did an amazing job. They informed me beforehand exactly what work would be done on each part of my home including deck, retaining wall, and entire exterior of home.

After each portion was complete they called me outside to check what was done and went above and beyond when it came to cleaning my pathway by power washing it and sanding it the following day. Very reasonable and great to work with, definitely will be using again!

John and Peter are terrific. They are professional, thorough, likeable, and detail-oriented owner-operators. John and Peter are thorough and professional carpet cleaners -- not magicians. Certain kinds of stains will never come out and it's simply time to buy a new rug. John and Pete recently did a soft wash treatment of our roof and gutters for staining. They also did some handyman work with small repair. We were very happy with the outcome of the work. We also appreciated how prompt, considerate, thorough, and tidy they were. They gave us good insight into future projects and we plan on hiring them again for future projects.
