Extremely FAST response. Left a message on Sunday and Amy called back Monday morning and Bob came in the afternoon to fixed the problem. Reasonable price, they will not try to rip you off. Very professional and Bob is very punctual. You guys are the best!!!!

Very dangerous driver. Was tailgating me yesterday in stop and go traffic for well over a mile until I changed lanes. Then the driver continued to do it to the driver in front of me after I moved.

We had a contractor for years, but our experience turned sour when the basement flooded due to his neglect of reconnecting the condensation line. He'd checked it off as done, despite knowing better. When we brought it up, he was dismissive and unprofessional, even telling my elderly mother to "sue him." Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone. Buyer beware - you've been warned.

They did a great job, really knowledgeable and efficient. No hassle at all - they didn't try to push extra work or charge more than needed. Quality is top-notch too - everything's still working perfectly. Highly recommend for any fix-it needs.
