Jason and his team were fantastic. They redesigned the landscape and installed hard scape up the driveway, front entrance and around the flowerbeds of our front yard. We are very happy with their work. The staff was professional, courteous and cleaned up every night at the end of the work day. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again on future projects!

We had them redesign garden area on our grounds. They did a lovely job, they have good ideas and worked with my ideas also. once you are on the schedule they show up work hard and complete the scope. for all of the times I have had them do work, I have never been disappointed.

Save yourself from frustration and possibly going over budget due to planning errors.

I hired New Life to put in paver steps, railings and paver patio at my new construction home. Like most, we were working within a specific budget and planned what we were doing/not doing based on that budget. During the project, it became obvious that there were issues with the project. Prior to starting, we discussed exactly what was needed, the owner created two iterations of the total project invoice and created two iterations of modeling to show what the end product would look like. All of the discussions and modeling included and showed railings. The owner also discussed the railing length with us on day 1 of the project leading me to believe it was part of the total project. Once the patio was 90% installed (no ability to make changes that would reduce cost), the owner sent an updated, 3rd version of the invoice which footnoted, for the first time, that the railings were not included. When I called to question the railings footnote/issue, the owner did not call back, just responded via text. He defended it stating that “we don’t ever include railings unless the customer specifies what they want” which would be acceptable except this was never mentioned or discussed with us despite multiple conversations in the planning process about needing railings for safety issues (4’+ drop off the front of stairs so extremely unsafe without railings). This was a $2,700 miss (9% increase) in our project.

Other issues along the way: Very challenging communication. The office is short when you call with questions and will try to rush you off the phone. They will never have the answer - basically just a relay service to send questions to the owner and send answers back to you. The owner had to be reminded of items we discussed during our initial meeting resulting in back and forth with the office. The emails and invoices do not clearly lay out the payment, planning, or actual building processes - again causing back and forth with the office. Finally the installers left a mess to be cleaned up - tire scuff marks on my brand new white vinyl fence and the entire back side of my house and light fixtures covered in concrete dust.

I would not recommend or use New Life Landscaping again.

Last week we had our landscaping done by New Life. Jason Jones, the owner, graduated with a degree in Landscape Horticulture/Design which appealed to us in redesigning our front yard. He came to our home and reviewed every single thing we wanted to do. He gave many excellent suggestions as to what would work best in each area.

Jason and his team were great to work with. They were very professional, efficient, pleasant and hard working individuals. Either Jason or Evan would always return our call promptly and answer any questions we would have. Excellent teamwork by all! Wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!

Jason and his team installed our pool. Everything was seamless. Appointments were on time and there were no surprises. His team was professional. It’s not often you hear that a pool was completed in a timely manner, but ours was! We are really pleased.

Our front yard and entrance needed a complete make-over. We reached out to New Life initially just for them to provide some ideas and an estimate. We were fully expecting that we would probably have to do the work ourselves as we thought the estimate would be well out of our price range. But we were pleasantly surprised with how affordable the estimate was and so happy with the plans they had designed, we decided to have them do the work. We are so glad we did. Their crew was very professional. They arrived early in the morning and worked until sunset every day. We are beyond pleased with the outcome! We will be using them again for additional projects.

This is our 2nd time using this company for landscaping and we are very happy with everything. The quality of work is excellent, the consultation and scheduling process was smooth and the guys who came to do the work were hardworking, kind and efficient. We will definitely use New Life in the future!

Jason and his team at New Life came out and gave me a quote for fixing and adding some new irrigation at my recently purchased home. Jason was out right away to give me a reasonable quote and work was started within the week. It only took 2 days to get everything up and running which was amazing during a drought! His team was clean and hardworking. I already have plans for other projects with New Life. 10 of 10 would recommend to anyone needing landscaping or irrigation work!

We contracted with New Life to do a landscaping project at my parents house in Mantua. They were ripping out all the old landscaping and re-planting. Also had a railroad tie wall that needed to be pulled out and straightened. Jason's crew (lead by Ryan) were exceptional. First class from start to finish. The workers were extremely nice and respectful. The finished project is exactly what we hoped it would be. When we didn't really have an idea of what we wanted planted, Jason designed a concept that my parents were very happy with. When we had a followup item, Jason even came back to take care of it himself. He was always prompt with returning any communication. I would absolutely use them again personally or any other project at my parent's home. A+++ .....A pleasure to do business with!

New Life has been our landscaper for the neighborhood HOA common areas including water basins, gas easements, sidewalks, garden beds and the grass. We had a couple other landscapers prior but Jason and his team are the best. Every snow storm they always take care of the sidewalks in our contract and make sure they are clear before the kids need to get to the bus stop. They do a beautiful job each year with our clean ups and keep us informed on anything that may need attention. The pricing is fair and they are very responsive. They also have contracts with a couple other local organizations and I notice they do an exceptional job there as well.

We had rock put it, bushes removed, replanted in another area, and new bushes planted. The work was well done and fairly priced. We will be using Jason and team for future projects!

The best exterior contractor I’ve dealt with ever. From communication to the actual work, everything exceeded expectations and I’ve dealt with dozen of contractors before. Any huddles, request or revisions they did their best to accommodate. I refer to my family and friends already and will continue to recommend.

I’ve been working with new life for years, they do an amazing job, and never leave the job unfinished like most other companies I’ve had in the past. I started just with landscaping, and now they done several other jobs at my house too. Thanks guys! 5/5
