Team was great, on time, informative and did excellent work.
Clean system that they used kept dust to an absolute minimum, almost undetectable after breaking my floor for the french drain with a Jack hammer. They put up plastic around their work space and cleaned up all of the way out of my home.
I was expecting a much dirtier job. I highly recommended to is company.

The whole team at Basement Waterproofing Solutions was courteous, responsive and professional. Sal came to my house and explained the entire French Drain System that I would need to solve the flooding problem in my basement. He came up with a very reasonable estimate and set a date for the work to be done. They arrived on schedule and did an excellent job in every way. Barbara was very helpful and efficient in providing me with the paperwork and billing I would need. I would definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company. Every aspect of contact with them was excellent. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and did a good job explaining what was required for mold remediation in an old basement closet. He also answered many questions and clarified the best course of action. Their price was better than the other quotes I obtained, without requiring unnecessary drain installation for example. The work was done skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Barbara was very responsive on the phone with many concerns. I am extremely happy and highly recommend them.

They are professional and hard working! They completed the work in 3 days. We had a basement leak occurring from our old Bilco door that caused significant damage before we realized the problem. Once it was determined that a new Bilco door was required to remediate the situation, we started asking friends & family for referrals. We were directed to Basement Waterproofing Solutions by several people and we now understand why. These guys did an amazing job in brutally hot weather! The new door was installed in two days, as promised, and it looks wonderful. Our basement will now stay dry and secure. Many thanks to the installers who tolerated the hot weather and still did an excellent job!

From Jeremy (who came by for the initial consult and quote) to Barbara (who helped deal with scheduling and payment etc.) to the crew (led initially by Edgar in the morning), everybody was great. More importantly, the crew arrived on-time, finished early and kept the place quite clean, given the nature of the job. We chose BWS based on a referral, and can now confidently refer them ourselves. We spoke to and received quotes from 4 other companies in the area, and we're happy with we went this route.

We got a French drain installed, very professional and timely, nice clean work. They completed the work as mentioned in 2 days. The chief contractor Chris was very knowledgeable and professional, great work ethic. His was crew was also very good and they alm did a fantastic job.

I have been battling water issues with my garage for the last several years. I’ve had multiple people come out and put a patch on it or what I believe would’ve been the fix. Thankfully, a coworker put me in touch with this company from the start I felt confident that I was in good hands. The French drain was installed beautifully the workers were kind and worked so hard to resolve the problem for me. Overall great experience. Sal and Barbara were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nathan, who came out do do the quote, was really cool. He had prepared multiple options for the french drain system and answered all of my questions. The work was done exceptionally well and within one day. the crew was great. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and everything. You couldn't even tell they were there. We called BWS a few weeks ago after a few floods in our new [older] home. They were quick to come out and gave us a fair price on a french drain system and new pump. The work was done seamlessly in 2 days. The french drain looks great and the workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Barb, the office administrator, is also super kind and helpful. They gave me best solutions for water proofing my basement and work was done on time very clean and Staff who worked for my project was too professional and also explained me all in details before and after work was done.

This company was by far the most reasonably priced out there and not for a lack of professionalism and hard workers. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to do my basement, they worked very hard to get the job done, let me know what to expect and left me with no clean up to do myself. They were some of the hardest workers I have seen. Would definitely recommend!

Basement Waterproofing Solutions waterproofed my basement at the new house I bought around two years ago. the owner Sal and his son are very nice guys. they came over and answered all my questions and concerns. they did a professional job at a reasonable price, and left the place clean.
after two years i had an issue with the water draining outside the house.
I didn't noticed it before because of the plants and the stone fence.
it digged a large hole followed by a channel in the ground.
I called the company 9AM, talked to Sal and explained what happened.
after three hours they were already at my house.
they diverted the drain into the gutter, and they did it free of charge.
i sure appreciate a business man that stands behind his work.
i would definitely recommend these guys!

We recently had a French drain put in, and steel I beams for foundation cracks, these guys went above and beyond with everything. The work was excellent and I was thoroughly impressed with how the operation was run, you can just tell they care about what they are doing. I would highly recommend this company !!

They were as honest as they come - up front from the start and making sure I was aware of what needed to be done and why. They were patient in answering all my questions - of which I had A LOT. They made sure I was updated throughout the process and showed a rare empathy to what I was dealing with. This wasn’t about making as much money as possible and it was all about being fair, transparent, and human. The workers were neat, organized, and communicated with me daily. The office staff was helpful, friendly, and communicative with everything from my first call to the final invoice. Sal was on sight to inspect as well. My husband and I are repeat customers of Basement Waterproofing Solutions and will definitely use them in the future if we have a need for their type of services. Since 2019 they have installed and serviced our french drain and sump pumps and fixed a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into our cellar. They provided advice on what kind of dehumidifier we should buy from Amazon and, since it was too heavy for these senior citizens to handle, had it delivered to their shop and delivered and installed it for us when they came to service our sump pumps. They even came on a Sunday afternoon when we had a problem with one of our sumps. Sal and Barbara run this family owned company the way you wish every home repair or service company was run. They come when they say they will, they provide written estimates with alternative approaches when appropriate and their crews never leave debris on your property. I have found their prices fair and the quality of their work excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The basement of our building had standing water, trash and a lot of iron ocre. The basement is now totally dry and broom clean after the installation of the french drain. They were also accommodating to changes I requested and explaining the options along the way.
