They responded quickly after my call, but their customer service was lacking. The staff seemed completely uninterested in being friendly or helpful over the phone. What's more, they incorrectly diagnosed a major issue that turned out to be something much simpler - the gas hadn't been turned on yet.

I called just before 5pm on a Friday when my AC stopped working in the afternoon. They responded quickly, arriving at my place within 30 minutes of receiving my call. The repair was done efficiently, with everything fixed within 90 minutes of initial contact. Exceptional service from D&R - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
