Absolutely excellent - neat, clean, came on time (day after Thanksgiving).

We had Andre help us 7 years ago in an emergency when our water heater broke. He did not make us wait and had a new heater installed the same day. We called him recently and his excellent team came in less than 24 hours and helped us diagnose a problem, which happened to be with the main water line. Unfortunately for Andre, we have a protection agreement which would not cover the repair if we used a contractor outside of the agreement, so financially it did not make sense for us to pursue his services. He was completely professional and extremely helpful and honest even after he became aware we could not use him for the repair. He actually helped research a few things for us with respect to the service agreement. His team is knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely circle back to him if the need arises in the future.

TJ was incredibly helpful. Broke it down and showed us what they found in the snake line. Was incredibly professional and down to earth to help us deal with the problems with the house. We are going to be working with him soon for the next job.

Matthew was amazing. He came at the start of our appointment window and was very professional. He addressed the issue and walked us through everything. Hopefully we don’t need service again, but if we ever do we will definitely ask for him!!

Expensive but got the job done! Kitchen sink after Thanksgiving was clogged. Made call, sent their serviceman, TJ, in an hour. TJ was professional from start to finish. He explained what he was going to do (used an electric snake), answered all of our questions and gave us tips to avoid future episodes. We were confident the job was done correctly and efficiently.

We called Mr. Rooter to come out to a jobsite to do a sewer location for a cap. The supervisor, Matt Gerber came out, located the line, helped up immeasurably. He went above and beyond to do his job. He made our lives easier saving us excavation time, and was spot on.

Don’t hesitate to call them, as a fellow contractor, I can say they were prompt, professional and helpful.

Eric was very friendly, patient and kept us informed on each step. He and Gus did an amazing job. We will definitely be recommending Mr. Rooter in the future. Thanks again.

Our water heater had a massive leak and Mr. Rooter was able to send someone at night to stop the leak. TJ came late and was able to stop the leak and made sure we had water through the evening since our shutoff valve to the water heater was shot. He knew his stuff and was able to come back the next day the replace the water heater and fix up our pipes. We have had no issues since and highly recommend TJ! Thank you!

Broken pipe nightmare. Called multiple plumbers no one would come out right away or didn't even bother to call back. But this company called back promptly, gave me a window of when they would be arriving, when they're a little delayed called to let me know. Vic the technician was beyond patient in trying to find my leak. I don't know if they're overpriced or not but for me it was money well spent. Highly recommend

OUTSTANDING !!!! Two days before a major imminent snow storm, Mr.Rooter managed to get a Sewer Engineer out to fix our dilemma. Went right to work. Outstanding job. Will be calling to set up a power wash like Nicholas recommended.

My wife and I used Mr. Rooter to clear a main drain and a wye from 2nd bathroom. Which was fixed and seemed OK but drain clogged again approximately 3 weeks later. I called to explain and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. An appointment was scheduled. They called before arriving, wore little booties over their shoes.
Charles was very professional and experienced, he thoroughly explained what happened and cleared the drain in two spots, and the best part was they didn't charge for the 2nd visit, they are professional, honest, and absolutely will use Mr. Rooter for all our future plumbing needs! Keep up the good work Charles!

Awesome job, they answered all our inquiries and they came on time, I was relieved I didn’t have to do the repairs myself because I usually do the pluming in my home but I’m no plumber and , to my regret most of the time , I had bad experience in the past with my local plumber I was hesitant at first because I know plumbing is expensive and some jobs definitely require a professional also wanted a reasonable price for the work. Charles Dechert was my service Professional and his helper were everything I could hope for, my Wife and I was satisfied with the service! Thank you will use this service next time we need a service!!

Our septic had a blockage and it backed up into our shower. We called them and they had a tech show up within an hour after calling on a Saturday night. Tj was the tech that showed up and he was extremely professional and showed me everything he was doing and what was causing it. He went above and beyond to help us out. The service is not cheap but the level or professionalism and quick response is what you pay for!

Bad communication by phone, awful technician experience & service fees for just getting a quote that is way overpriced. Used another company for extremely less and much more respectful people! Made an already stressful situation feel so much worse! Do not use unless you want to waste your time & money!

Had a copper freeze and split under our kitchen sink on the upper level of our bilevel house. The technician (robert) fixed it with no problems and knew his job completely.
He also was a really nice guy.

I found a bit water in my basement which I thought from the sink upstairs, and scheduled an appointment next morning, by the way, it was so easy to schedule it! Justin came next morning (on time!) and did an inspection, although he couldn’t find any water leak, he continued a thorough inspection from what he could see (as we have a finished basement) to make sure everywhere is dry in the basement. And there was no charge for the leak check! Thank you for the thorough inspection and I definitely will use them again.

The service provided was great, nothing to say about the work of the plumber. 5 stars to him. But the company charges felt way too much for the work. We would have liked to have the same plumber take care of other things in the house, but every time he check how much extra the company will charge for the job, the price just got too much. The plumber did an amazing job he selected a beautiful faucet to replace our old one. He did his best. But the company prices have no room for negotiation.

Work done successfully. Price was 2-3 times what it should have been. I accepted price cause of time pressure, they knew about. Charged $880....it was an eighty dollar part and about one hour labor. Owner called after seeing review and argued that it was 1.5 hours. Ok so I was charged $520 per hour. Sound reasonable to you?

A million stars!!!! Steve and Lucas were absolutely amazing. My parents pipes burst and within 4 hours of calling they came and fixed everything!!! Very nice guys and dealt with my panicking. I will always use them if needed in the future and you all should too!!! Thank god for people like this!!! Thank you so much guys!!!
