We just had our gutters, fascia/flashing, and soffit replaced by Pro One, and LOVE the result. They were quick, efficient, have fair pricing, and did a good job with clean up after completing the work. Matt is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, he made sure to answer any questions/concerns we had and put us on the schedule right away.

We’re getting so many compliments from our neighbors- two of them loved the work Pro One did on our house so much that they’re both considering hiring them. After being “ghosted” by one contractor who didn’t show up as scheduled and stopped answering our calls, and another providing an inflated estimate, we couldn’t be happier having gone with Pro One. Highly recommend Matt and his team!

Very happy with our new patio 10/10

I commissioned two projects with this company recently. Both were finished and paid in full. I like the quality of the work they do; I don’t like their pushy sales tactics and agressive pricing. The patio job which I negotiated a price in the beginning was completed with very little surprise. A repair of the chimney job was turned into a replacement chimney job with 20 folds increase of price. I was busy that day. They told my wife that the chimney was in a “ dangerous condition, about to fall down…”; which scared her into signing an expensive contract ( 40%exceeds the market value by retrospect estimate ) . In addition, they charged her tax on this capital improvement project , a common tactic used in the industry to get more money. I confronted the sales manager later; he apologized but never refunded money. In the future, if I ever choose this company again for their quality of work, I will proceed with extra caution.

Claudio is the very capable face of this company. He assessed the job, explained the repair process, offered options, and came in with a reasonable estimate.
