Eddie hooked up my new system perfectly and left my yard in the same condition it was in when he started. He's a top-notch technician with excellent customer skills.

They came to inspect our house on April 3, 2025, after we reported a leaking radiator. They walked us through the whole property and offered to fix it, as well as some other radiators with rust spots, at an upfront quote. However, they never followed up or returned my calls over the next few weeks. The leak has worsened significantly - now it's overflowing onto a sheet pan I've placed under it daily. I attempted to get in touch multiple times after that but was ignored. If you have a genuine issue, consider looking elsewhere before wasting your time.

We were fortunate to have had Eric from Liberty as our technician, who provided top-notch service that starkly contrasted with our previous misfortune with another company. Two weeks ago, a technician simply swapped out one part and left; our unit failed again shortly after.

In stark contrast, Eric assessed the situation and recognized the error in the previously installed run cap for our unit. His expertise and problem-solving skills were on full display as he replaced the part, added a hard start cap to prevent similar issues, and thoroughly cleaned the unit to address overheating concerns. He even topped it off by refilling refrigerant to optimize performance.
