Impossible to say enough about this company. We have been having issues with our air conditioning. We had another issue and they came to our house SAME day, within hours, and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Everything is working perfectly. Stellar company!

Our air conditioning fritzed out during a massive heat spell. Another "large" company in the area with a big market presence would not come out for a week because customers with service accounts took priority, even though I explained that I have elderly parents in the house. Called C&D as they were listed as authorized on Carrier's website. They sent out their tech Ryan the very next morning! He was prompt, professional, and figured out the problem quickly and did a great job in repairing including flushing out lines. Very efficient, professional, smart, and helpful. We received fast, reliable and highly competent service at a very reasonable price especially considering it was essentially an emergency. Highly recommend even over the larger company out there. Do not hesitate to call them you will be happy you did!

Amazing help. Picked up a call at 6.30am when I was having an emergency with my heater. Technician came on time and was able to helpfully explain the situation and options available. Made a bad situation manageable. Really appreciated their work!

I called C&D Thursday night regarding a leak coming from my condensate line. Three minutes later I received a call back from Ryan. He asked some diagnostic questions and we decided to hold off until the following day for the repair. Kaitlyn from the office followed up first thing in the morning. Ryan showed up at the designated time, explained the problem, made the repair, and tested his work. He was competent, professional and neat. This was the second time I’ve enlisted the services of C&D. They did not disappoint.
