Rob and his crew have done so much fantastic work for us over the years, from a complete master bath remodel to old leaking pipes fixed at all hours of the day. I’d trust him with any of my plumbing needs. They are the best!

Rob & his crew replaced my electric hot water heater. Professional and honest!

He was the general contractor for installing mt general generator 7 years ago. I never forgot what a stressful experience and unprofessional contractor he was. He and his electrician almost blew the generator when they failed to switch from natural to propane gas. He was a hothead !!

Rob and his team are professional, courteous, responsive, and competitively priced. I have known Rob for most of my adult life and have used him many times for service plumbing work and other small projects. The Salvatori team never disappoints. In addition to my service work, they replaced my Mom's ancient oil boiler, upgrading her to gas, and walker her through the entire rebate process. I can't say enough good things about Rob & his crew, they're great plumbers, great mechanics, and great human beings!

This is the first Google review I've written. I can't say enough about how helpful Salvatori's plumbing was. My house lost hot water after a bad storm and I called Salvatori's hoping they could take a look within the week. Not only were they very responsive but I was able to send them pictures and they coached me through the process of restarting the boiler. This was the most helpful interaction I've ever had with any contractor. I will definitely be recommending this company and will be using them for any plumbing/heating issues in the future

I called Salvatori's Plumbing & Heating on the recommendation of my usual plumber, who could not fit me in this week. Rob put me onto the schedule for first thing the next day. Dan and Kyle arrived on time, worked quietly, and cleaned up after themselves. They were personable, professional, and efficient.

When my main water line started leaking after the water company was working in the street, Salvatori Plumbing was quickly able to get me a fair and reasonable price to replace it. Rob and his team were able to quickly get me on their schedule and they came out and replaced my water line in a single day. They sent photos of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and exactly what you want from a quality contractor.

He was professional and efficient with replacing my underground copper piping. Pricing was fair, reasonable, and will be using his company for future usage. Very pleased

Plumbing issues are never fun, especially as it turns from what you think is minor into requiring to dig in your living room floor, which is what happened to us. Salvatori team was thorough in their assessment of the problem and very patient with us as they were explaining what the issue was and presented solution options. They isolated the area to limit the spread of the dust throughout the house. Seeing the room during the repair with concrete and soil in our living room floor, it literally looked like a brand new construction was breaking ground (see picture). But at the end of the project, there was just the small area where they removed floor. Hopefully we won’t need their assistance anytime soon, but if we do, they will be our go to. Rob the owner was also very easy to work with. They also did an amazing job and did not cut any corners, very knowledgable about the process.

I give a 1 star because of the owner's attitude. He talks down to you and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. Dan and Kyle were nice but will NEVER use this company again because the owner lacks any sense of good customer service.
