The technician, Marvin, arrived right on time and got straight to work on sweeping our chimney. He explained each step of the process and made sure I understood what he was doing. We recently had our historic home's chimney serviced and couldn't be happier with the results. Ernest, Jared, and Conner were very professional throughout the whole process. We needed a flue lining, crown repointing, and a new chimney cap. The team provided a thorough inspection and a clear, free estimate before starting any work. The job was completed right on schedule, even finishing a little earlier than expected. The crew took great care to protect our home, including the stairs and all surfaces near the fireplace. Cleanup after the work was done was spotless—couldn’t even tell they’d been here except the chimney looked great! What really stood out was their focus on safety and making sure everything was just right. They even returned a week later to double-check that the chimney was working perfectly before asking for final payment. I’m really impressed with their dedication and would definitely recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone in need.

Wonderful experience working with this team. They repaired damage to our chimney and installed a new wood-burning insert for us. Conner was prompt, kept us informed throughout, and made sure everything was done right. The pricing was fair and the whole process was smooth. We’re really enjoying our new stove and will definitely call them again for any chimney sweep or maintenance needs.

i highly recommend Marvin for chimney sweep services. he is quick, knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. he arrived early in the morning, got right to work, and within half an hour had all his chimney cleaning equipment set up on the roof. Marvin checked everything carefully and explained what he was doing, making sure my chimney was safe and clear. after the cleaning, he gave me tips about keeping the chimney in good shape and even pointed out some vent covers that needed fixing, letting me know what a fair price should be for that kind of repair. i appreciate how thorough and friendly he was. i’ve already saved his number for next time!
