Made appointment on the phone for between 9 and 11. They call at 915 saying they will be here between 1 and 4. Bull, lady extremely rude and not helpful at all, told me that's when they can be here or reschedule.

Customer service is five star! I would definitely recommend this business for your appliance needs.
-
They have a lot of parts in stock. Sure you can get it a little cheaper online, but it if you need it now or don't know exactly what you need you pay for the service and knowledge.
-
They did a great job fixing a gas leak stemming from my drying machine.
-

Johnny's is the best place to deal with they're just as reasonable as home Depot and Lowe's and I find that I beat them every time with Johnny's

Johnnie’s just installed a garbage disposal for me and did an excellent job at a good price. Highly recommend.
-
Great service, reasonable on repairs and appliances. Nice to work with, local small company with a long history in area.

Drove 30 mins to here to buy a part, lady was rude and unhelpful. Thought it was good to help local small business. Returned home and ordered online. Saved a bunch and less hassle.
-
Small and personal appliance store. Able to provide any appliance you desire. Competitive prices with larger stores, able to negotiate. Great service department for parts and .Joe M., sales mgr. Was very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with him.
-
Great place to buy appliances. Personal service helps to make sure that you purchase what you are looking for. Much better than the big box stores. I have been buying appliances from Johnny's for years.

Purchased a GE microwave/oven combo wall unit which died in 6 wks. Only the microwave part died, not the oven. Johnnies told me to take it up w/ GE, which I did. It took a while but it was a faulty board(?) which GE covered, since appliance was so new. My mom purchased a dishwasher, which was also a lemon. They told her the same thing -- take it up w/ the manufacturer, but she made such a fuss, that Johnnies did replace it. In light of these 2 episodes, I would be wary to purchase from them again. I was drawn in, because believe it or not, Johnnie prices are better than both Lowe's and Home Depot. Just not sure if these events were flukes...might be hesitant to buy from them again.

I have used Johnnie's to fix all of my appliances for years. They call the day of service to give a time frame, the service guys are always nice and do a great job.

Lady who calls you giving your time, has no respect for others, and has a bad attitude. She definitely should find another line of work, like sitting in a cave, with no contact with the outside world, observing the mating habits of bats. Needless to say ,I cancelled the order, as she became irate, rude and uncouth, hanging up on me! Stay away , bankruptcy sure to come, with her behavior!.....

They always seem to have even the most obscure part in stock. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly and can help with your parts questions. I have kept my stove, washer and now my dryer going because of this place and access to parts.

Stopped in to pick up a new dryer belt, while the lady in the parts department was friendly and also gave me the correct belt, she charged me twice the price as I saw online. Very dissatisfied with their pricing, but service was good, so they get a 2

I have been a repair customer of Johnnie's for several years, they were never the cheapest but always thought Woody did a good job. I just called for a warranty repair of my gas range and was curtly told that since I did not buy it from them they would not service it. No way to treat an exisiting customer, I will not be back.

Well. I do have to say that customer service is a big key in success in running a business. The woman who answered the phone was rude and ignorant.
You can tell by the time of her voice she dont like dealing with people. Then this isnt the job for you.
Dont know if it's from past experiences or not But it's not right to treat everyone like that. The service man we had come out to look at the fridge to see what was wron . Very nice and polite and talked to you about what was going on. That's the way it should be. -
