Drove 30 mins to here to buy a part, lady was rude and unhelpful. Thought it was good to help local small business. Returned home and ordered online. Saved a bunch and less hassle.

Small and personal appliance store. Able to provide any appliance you desire. Competitive prices with larger stores, able to negotiate. Great service department for parts and .Joe M., sales mgr. Was very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with him.

Great place to buy appliances. Personal service helps to make sure that you purchase what you are looking for. Much better than the big box stores. I have been buying appliances from Johnny's for years.

Purchased a GE microwave/oven combo wall unit which died in 6 wks. Only the microwave part died, not the oven. Johnnies told me to take it up w/ GE, which I did. It took a while but it was a faulty board(?) which GE covered, since appliance was so new. My mom purchased a dishwasher, which was also a lemon. They told her the same thing -- take it up w/ the manufacturer, but she made such a fuss, that Johnnies did replace it. In light of these 2 episodes, I would be wary to purchase from them again. I was drawn in, because believe it or not, Johnnie prices are better than both Lowe's and Home Depot. Just not sure if these events were flukes...might be hesitant to buy from them again.

I have used Johnnie's to fix all of my appliances for years. They call the day of service to give a time frame, the service guys are always nice and do a great job.

Lady who calls you giving your time, has no respect for others, and has a bad attitude. She definitely should find another line of work, like sitting in a cave, with no contact with the outside world, observing the mating habits of bats. Needless to say ,I cancelled the order, as she became irate, rude and uncouth, hanging up on me! Stay away , bankruptcy sure to come, with her behavior!.....

They always seem to have even the most obscure part in stock. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly and can help with your parts questions. I have kept my stove, washer and now my dryer going because of this place and access to parts.

Stopped in to pick up a new dryer belt, while the lady in the parts department was friendly and also gave me the correct belt, she charged me twice the price as I saw online. Very dissatisfied with their pricing, but service was good, so they get a 2

I have been a repair customer of Johnnie's for several years, they were never the cheapest but always thought Woody did a good job. I just called for a warranty repair of my gas range and was curtly told that since I did not buy it from them they would not service it. No way to treat an exisiting customer, I will not be back.

Well. I do have to say that customer service is a big key in success in running a business. The woman who answered the phone was rude and ignorant.
You can tell by the time of her voice she dont like dealing with people. Then this isnt the job for you.
Dont know if it's from past experiences or not But it's not right to treat everyone like that. The service man we had come out to look at the fridge to see what was wron . Very nice and polite and talked to you about what was going on. That's the way it should be.

I've purchased 4 appliances from Johnnie's in the past 6 years and had Randy in for 2 repairs - one for a dryer purchased elsewhere. This is my 'go to' store for appliances and repairs - They have a great selection, are low pressure and I"ve been happy w/ every experience.

Came out to fix my washing machine next day. Cost for repair was reasonable. I will be calling Johnnie’s again next time I have an issue with one of my appliances!

I went to Johnies to replace a dryer part and also ask for service on the same dryer. When I walked in the kind man in the front greeted me immediately and directed me to the back of the store for parts. The female in the back came up to the desk to assist me. No greeting but that is minor and I ignored it. She went back to her computer to look up how much the replacement part would be. The price she came back with was to high for me so I declined. Afterwards I proceeded to ask about service call charge and how much for a certain repair for my dryer that has broke twice over the years. She proceeded to over talk me and say she did not know and wold not know until they came out. After I proved that I knew what the part was I needed she eventually gave me another price that was way too high for 3 plastic pieces. When I responded that is high she rudely responded take your money some where else. She continues with short rude remarks when I expressed to her I felt like I was being treated rude (I also had my 5 year old son with me). Consequently I left and made sure I informed the person that referred me to them about my experience. Now I am writing this review to warn customers of the attitude in the back of the store. I myself have a small business and know how important word of mouth and returning customers are. I also own a few homes that sometimes are in need of appliances and repairs. Johnies has lost a new and possibly return customer for life. I will never spend my money at Johnies. Last I will be calling the store to inform the owner how I was treated.

Have been buying appliances from Johnnies for years. Always great service
and friendly. As one would expect, replaced the circuit board no charge on new dishwasher. Prices are competitive and experienced personnel
gives value added to their products and service. Would not dream of using
    anybody else.

My family has used this place since I was a kid, so naturally I would call them for my dryer repair. Boy was that a mistake!! They asked that I have the vent cleaned prior to coming out so that was $105, then they charged $100 to walk in my front door, and replaced what they diagnosed as a thermal fuse for another $67 (including labor). All in all, it cost me about $267 to repair my dryer.... 4 months later it blew. I have contacted them 4 times since and NO ONE has returned my call!! I would NOT recommend Johnny's Appliance to anyone I know and care about!!
