I had them come out to cut 8-9 tress off my retaining wall, They were great,fabulous. They cleaned up the area where the trees were, so well, you couldnr tell u gax work done. I will use them again

While I haven't patronized B&B, yet, our neighbor did. While they were cleaning up, very thoroughly, I approached them to see if I could get a quote. Chris was very polite and professional looked at our situation and gave me a price. Now here's the best part, a larger branch had fallen by the side of my house, and as Chris and his co-worker were leaving, they took that away as a courtesy. A small gesture, but if they're this thoughtful before being hired, and thorough cleanup of their client, you know they're tip top.

B&B communicated everything to me from the start, everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable about everything and answered all of my questions. Chris and his crew came out and took time to go over everything with me before getting started and listened to everything I went over with him. They were quick and cleaned up every thing. By far the best option to use when it comes to tree and stump removal.

Had these guys out to cut a couple of trees down. Mike came out to and gave me the cost to cut down. Very very reasonable.
Last Thursday Chris and the crew came out, cut the trees down. I was keeping some for a friend of mine, they cut and cleaned up the yard. Raked, shoveled and picked up the chips, small branches etc and took them. I believe it is the 3rd time they have done work for me. I couldn't ask for a better group/company to do this work. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience from start to finish! B&B was super responsive to my request for a quote, Mike was at our house shortly thereafter, and the work was scheduled for two days after that. Mike's knowledge of trees and even knowledge of the law governing tree trimming is impressive. The crew was friendly, professional, competent in navigating around the wires feeding my house, and even tactfully navigated dealing with the police after my disgruntled neighbors called the cops :) Will absolutely be using them again!

Bob and his crew were awesome from start to finish. Communication between Bob and Lisa, and our office was great. On time, got the job done correctly, and clean. Bob even took the time to address an issue a neighbor had, in person, to ensure them of the work that was completed. Very hard to come by honest and caring businesses like this today! I had one tree cut down. Chris and his team arrived on time and finished the job within 1/2 an hour. They worked like a well oiled machine. They left my property nice and clean.

Over the past decade, B&B has safely removed several large trees on my property. A different and new tree grew in one of the original locations, with no effort from me, due to their excellent stump grinding! Nature restores itself with proper patience and support from B&B. They never rushed me to remove a tree and worked swiftly and efficiently when I was ready. The best part is they're fast, whereas other companies take all day and make a mess. With B&B, no mess, ever! To watch them work in tandem is impressive. No one is lingering; everyone knows their role, and the job gets done. Not to mention his prices are beyond fair and I have found all his staff pleasant and knowledgable—a rarity in the industry.

B and B trimmed my neighbors massive gum tree that hangs over our property as well . This company trimmed all branches facing my neighbors house only leaving all the weight and limbs of this dangerous tree facing our property. They also gouged our driveway after being ask not to I wouldn’t use a company that thinks how this tree was trimmed is right they did give me a price to remove one limb that’s hanging over my garage 150 dollars !!! I knew right then and there this company is a rip off as my dad owed a tree service in Maryland and I grew up in the industry

B & B did an excellent job removing four trees, stump grinding and general cleanup. I highly recommend them will use their services in the future.

B&B provided quality, timely, and reasonably priced service at my property. The team was easy to partner with from Mike coming to estimate all the way through to the crew on the day of.

B&B was thoughtful to call out health and longevity of the trees on property and took into consideration what was best to maintains the life of the tree as long as possible.

I had interviewed several different companies for a large tree(2) removal project. One very large oak tree was 3 feet from my property, so I was nervous about the process. Bob, Chris, Mike and the entire crew were fabulous to work with on this job. Very polite, professional and kept the project moving along at good pace, while being careful at the same time. The owner came out to my property a couple times prior to the date of work to assess all challenges and to show some of the crew the scope of work ahead. I do not need to interview any more tree companies for future work - B&B is my go to! Thanks to Cindy too for being professional and responsive when I needed to speak with the office.

I had a tree removed in Pensacola, the agreement in writing was to cut it down to the height of the fence back in Jan 2022. When it was done they wanted to get paid. However it was not cut down to the height of the fence. I paid then in full as they said they would be back in a week if I remove my adjacent fence. I removed it but dispite multiple phone calls and their promises they never returned. It is now May 5 months later!!! Always one excuse after another. They said they could only take it down two more feet, I said OK but do it soon, and they never showed up,

I've used B&B for the last 15 years. They never disappoint. They're reasonably priced, professional and courteous. They clean up and always leave my yard looking better than when they arrived! I will continue using B&B and highly recommend them.

They showed up on time like promised. They setup promptly and started working. They communicated and worked efficiently with each other. Once the cutting was done they cleaned any debris that was a product of the tree cutting process. You could not tell that they were here except for the removal of the problem limbs and branches. Would highly recommend them without reservation.

I just had a tree removed and I am totally satisfied with both the work that was done and the customer service. They came right out for a free estimate and schedule the work in about one week. The cost was very competitive too. The workers were courteous and professional. The clean up was better than I expected! I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with B&B. Friendly staff and thorough work. They came out for the quote quickly, and the work was completed within 2 weeks. We recommended them to two of our neighbors, and will definitely use them again.

I should start off by saying we were not a customer of B&B Tree Service but they were removing broken branches and a very large tree for our neighbors. Our experience with their crew was when our dog escaped from our yard and we were unable to catch her. Chris and his crew jumped into action and ran after our dog, catching her in a yard near Blackwood Clementon Rd. If it wasn't for their quick response, we would certainly have had a dead dog. Fortunately they were done with their tree cutting and finished the cleanup. They did a fantastic job for our neighbor. But we will remember them as saving our dog's life. They are a compassionate and caring bunch of guys, which says a lot for B&B and the people they hire. If we ever need tree service, B&B will be the one to call.
