These guys did awesome. Came in, explained everything, came every day to check and give me an update. Nick and his team were super easy to work with, and made the anxiety of having a "ruined" home seem like it was much easier to deal with than I had though. His team - Jonathan, Keith, and Shabazz - were professional yet also fun to have around, even in a homeowner's worst nightmare. Would recommend any day.

Keith and his ServPro team did an excellent job with my Mother In Law's home. It incurred major water damage and we had to handle all of the cleanup and restoration from 8 hours away. We had to put a lot of trust with Keith and his team. We would highly reccomend them for any job.

Servpro of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr did an exceptional job in re-storing our water-damaged suite. They performed a thorough evaluation of the extent of the damage including monitoring for mold complications. They completed the demolition and reconstruction in a timely manner with excellent results. Nick was one of the best contractors that I have ever dealt with. Nick was courteous, addressed all of our concerns, provided thorough explanations at every step of the way and made sure that the job continued to move forward to completion. I very highly recommend Servpro of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr.

Keith J & ServPro team had really helped us out when we found mold coming from under a section of the carpet/baseboard and had to get testing on potential exposed asbestos when the damaged area was removed. Extremely responsive, professional service. Results were quick and helped us have reassurance during a concerning time while we were trying to act quickly on repairs.

It was really scary coming down to my nice finished basement and finding so much damage. After combing through all of the options for emergency cleanup, I found this Servpro. EACH SERVPRO STORE IS DIFFERENT. I went with this one because of good reviews and I was not let down. Keith and Nick were incredible. The work that Nick did with his team was very impressive. They were always on time, always extremely courteous, and did really great work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a fire in my home and Servpro came in and spent almost 2 weeks cleaning. They did an amazing job. House smells like new. They were so thorough and professional! I felt uneasy having to hand my home over to strangers...but when they handed me 2 bags of money that they found in my daughters purse and randomly throughout my house my mind was at ease. They are a very trustworthy company! I highly recommend them!

When my stepmother's house was destroyed by trees during a storm in July, Servpro saved the day and the home. The roof collapsed and there was extensive damage. Keith and his crew made the experience so easy and user friendly. He encouraged communication and was the first to contact us with any concerns. My stepmother never had to be bothered with anything except selections of colors. She was out of her home for 3 months and is back into a beautifully restored dwelling. We would recommend Keith and Servpro to anyone looking for a contractor to save your home.

Had a leak come through my ceiling in a lower room. Damaged one wall, the ceiling and the floor. Servpro came out and got everything dry in a matter of days. They were always punctual which was very important to me as I have a fluctuating schedule. They were always courteous of my home and very professional and friendly. Easy to communicate with and willing to work around my schedule. Would highly recommend them any of your cleanup/repair needs. 5 star top quality service!

I worked with Nick and his team to take care of mold removal in my garage. He was responsive, quick, and transparent about the work needed to be done as well as the associated cost. He was also very patient with questions and linking me up with a contractor to also address roof issues associated with the mold. Furthermore, his team was extremely professional and attentive. I would recommend their services for anyone who needs mold removal!

At the end of July 2023 our home caught fire after a freak accident. It was our first home and we hadn’t even been there 2 full months. Luckily, no one was hurt in the process. My husband was out of the country at the time of the fire and I thought I was going to have to figure everything out on my own.
Our insurance works with ServPro and they were out the same night looking at the outside of the house and then the next morning to safely go inside with the daylight. Right away, I knew I was happy these were the people fixing my home. Not only were they professional, but kind with a great sense of humor, which is very important to me during a tragedy.
The smoke damage was so bad everything had to be stripped down to the studs. The original estimate was 12-18 months before we could go back into our home. I am happy to say we were back in less than 10 months. To say they put our house back together again would be inaccurate; ServPro took our great house and transformed it into a beautiful home - better than my husband or I could have imagined.
Everyone who worked with us was extremely transparent and eager with every step of the process. Everyone I met was amazing, but a very special shout out is deserved to Keith and Dave!!! ❤️❤️

From a house fire came a great business relationship that I cannot say enough good things about! Our colonial 4 bedroom home caught fire in the basement 2 days before we were to sell it to another family. There was significant fire and smoke damage throughout the home. Within 48 hours of the fire we were recommended to Keith Jackson and his ServPro Team. Keith and a team of no less than 6 ServPro professionals were at our home the next day laying out a plan with us for clean-up, fire damage repair, smoke remediation, etc. so that we could sell our home within the next 4 months to the buyers (which we did and even slightly ahead of schedule!). The first day on sight ServPro took photos and videos of every room and began the process of segregating "clean" and unclean areas. What made the job challenging is that we were already planning to move to FL (and did soon after) and needed Keith and his team to act as the General Contractor for us in NJ. Keith kept in constant contact with us (as he promised he would do on Day 1) throughout the entire project. Keith and his team managed the job professionally and efficiently. The quality of the work performed was outstanding! Keith also acted on our behalf with our insurance company to assure that we received all of the funding necessary for the job plus damaged contents recovery. I cannot thank him enough for that challenge!

We had a small fire in the crawlspace which caused a lot of smoke damage throughout the house on Christmas Eve day 2024. I called Servpro and Servpro of Mt. Ephraim/ Bellmawr answered the call and came out to my house and took care of business. They have very good and dependable workers who do a great job and well as the leadership of Servpro Mt. Ephraim/ Bellmawr. If it wasn’t for this group, i don’t think my house would have ever been done. I can’t but not continue to thank them for a great job they did. Thank you once again Servpro of Mt. In the summer of 2023, we bought a beautiful house and shortly after we moved in, we had a major fire that resulted in our house being ripped down to the studs. We had not even been in the house for two months yet, but as soon as we got the insurance claim started, ServPro was there. From the very first moment we met Keith and Dave, we were met with kindness, encouragement and expertise. I was very surprised with how much they cared about our situation even though they deal with this all the time, and that detail really made me want to have them be the ones to restore the house.

It was honestly the best decision we could have made. They had an entire timeline planned out within a week. The communication from this team was incredible the entire restoration process, far better than any contractor that I or anyone I know has ever experienced. They also helped us navigate working with insurance which we had zero experience doing. It was quite amazing how they managed to stretch the budget we were given - they made all kinds of improvements including a kitchen with quartz countertops, electric bidet toilets, engineered hardwood and stone floors, outdoor cameras, and beautiful wall colors. We were estimated 12-18 months by the insurance company and ServPro had us back in our house in about 9 months.

We moved back in almost 2 months ago and they are still checking up on us and just as responsive as ever. They are always over as quick as possible if we call them for anything and they have a 1 year warranty on all of their work! It was a fantastic experience working with them and I will call them for any contracting needs from now on. They don't just do fire and water restoration, they can do pretty much anything. Thank you Keith, Dave, and the entire ServPro team.

PSA: Don't leave your charcoal bags outside

My partner and I had the best experience with Servpro! They came out immediately to assess the damage of our water leak, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I spoke to Rich (I hope I’m getting his name right!) on the phone who was beyond helpful and sweet, and in person had the pleasure of working with Frank, Keith and Mike. They were SO professional, so nice ( I wish they were my actual friends!) and came by every day to make sure the equipment was properly drying the ceiling etc. This home was purchased a month ago, so having a leak like this was super stressful, but they took all of the stress away. I don’t know where they find these awesome employees, but keep it up! Thanks again guys!!

The following guys were very professional. Thank you Frank, Shabazz and Jonathan (JR) from the Mt. Ephraim/Bellmawr office and Shane and Louie from the Woodbury/Deptford office. Unfortunately I had stuff coming out of the vents over and over again. 3 times I had to have the heater and vents cleaned. When I had to turn the air conditioner on I still had stuff come out of the vents but not as bad and looks like it stopped now.

We had water leaking behind our wall in our basement which then caused our carpet to be wet and black mold growing on our wall. We called Servpro of Mt. Ephraim/ Bellmawr. They came out to our house and assessed the damage and did what was needed. Can’t thank them enough for working with us and our insurance company. We highly recommend ServPro.

Steve and crew were at our place post a spontaneous leak. His crew assured that all affected areas were within normal ranges of dryness. The usual affected ceilings and walls were opened with fans and dehumidifiers put in place for drying. [3 affected rooms] He brought in expertise to move a 3 part vanity with twin towers and crown molding to access and remove dampness and early mold. Steve was friendly, and professional. He also answered all my questions. I would absolutely use Steve and ServPro in the future.

We had a toilet float break on my second floor while we were away which flooded out three floors of my house. Dave’s team were absolutely fantastic! They came in on a Sunday morning and began mitigation, and came out every day until the location was stabilized and ready for repair. The crew also helped me along the way with my claim which was incredibly helpful. I’d recommend these guys for any sort of disaster cleanup in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about AppleTree. We had them install a new paver patio and new sod. Dave/Kristina was excellent at communicating with us from start to finish, ensuring all our questions were answered. The crew was polite, kept the job site clean daily, and delivered top-notch results. If you want a trustworthy team that does great work, this is the company to hire. We’re already having them come back for another project!
