I have no idea why there are negative reviews about this service. For me everything was great. The price and service was great. Never once did joe ask for money up front before the job was finished. I paid after the work was completed so I'm little confused about other people's reviews I've read.

EZ Tree Care came out after a storm and cleaned up the mess including a tree off my house. I highly recommend them for Tree Service and Professionalism.

Received an estimate and rough timetable of when the work would get done. It's been 3 weeks and the company has been unresponsive to phone calls and text messages.

When I got the estimate I was told my yard would be cleaner than before they came. They left a pile of wood and a pile of scraps. Now they won't return phone calls.

DO NOT USE this company. Left multiple clients (full payments made) hanging, not returning to complete work for weeks on end. In one instance, I had to hire ANOTHER company to finish HIS work. Do not do business with Joe. Does not return phone calls, voice mailbox full, one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered.

Stay away. They will offer you a discount if you pay in cash, they do half of the work and never come back for the rest.
They cut down 2 trees for me, broke a retaining wall and flattened a fence. left piles and piles of wood on the property even though the signed contract said they would clean it,
I should have researched them before this is how they work, look them up on other sites and see what you are dealing with.

I had an appointment for a tree removal estimate with Joe. 20 minutes AFTER the appointment time i called to see where he was and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. Hours later he NEVER showed up or even called to say he couldn’t make it!!! Very unprofessional and I Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fabulous! Reading all the negative reviews made me nervous but I have to say Joe and his crew were awesome! I called for an estimate Joe came next night and 2 days later trees are gone and no mess! No complaints here! Thanks to Joe and his men.

Long story short Joe Klaudi is a thief. All the bad reports you see on his business is true. It cost me over $1400.00 to hire someone to finish work I had already paid him for. Once paid I never saw him again despite repeated calls and promises. I even took him to court and won but have yet to see the money. I will continue to pursue this matter with the BBB AND THE CHANNEL 10 and the channel 6 consumer hot lines . This guy needs to be hunted down and embarrassed on public television.

Worst experience of my life!!! (and I have been in hundreds of transactions with contractors because I am a real estate investor) The post below mine from Larry is absolutely true! Joe is a liar and a thief! Joe did not finish the work, then demanded payment and threatened to put a lien on the property. He said the project would be done in a few days and exactly 1 month later it was still not done! DO NOT USE HIM!! You will regret it!!!!

When I called to schedule an estimate it was to be between 11:30 -1pm. I waited til 1:10 and had to leave; when I returned home at 3 there was a phone message. When I called back I was told the estimate would be $250 for back tree. I wanted the front pruned. After a couple of calls back a nice young guy came back and said he could do it right now for $100. I said ok but then said how about the 25% off mention in your add he said ok. I went into the house and got $75 cash and when I came out again, he said he spoke to his boss and that is only for BIG JOBS over thousand. I said oh and went in and wrote a check for $100, when I handed it to him he said, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you to make it out to the owners name. If I had to do it over, I would have waited the 2 days for a "professional" larger company to come out and give me an estimate. For a small 15 minute job I thought it was alot of money. I would NOT recommend this company.
