Coming home from vacation the last thing I wanted to see in my basement was water and mold. My water heater had cracked spurting hot water all over the basement and with the steam, mold was growing everywhere! It was disgusting! I called SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmawr. They came over fast, got rid of the water right away and then started on the mold. I was very concerned because my son is allergic to mold and I didn’t want to leave my house for an extremely long period of time. They contained the basement, got rid of the mold and cleaned my air ducts. They were very neat when they were working in the basement and very courteous when they started moving the debris. Everything was done quickly and without any issues. I would recommend SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/Bellmwar to all of my friends.

My experience with Nick and Toni (SERVPRO) was nothing short of professional. Nick and Toni came in explained step by step regarding the cleanup process and did not waste anytime getting started. They were courteous and got the job done in no time. I would definitely call on them again! They made an unfortunate situation pleasant.

Thank god Servpro ofMount Ephraim Bellmawr showed up to my home when my basment flooded. I called 2 different restoration companies and they said they would show up the next day or in like 5 hours but how is tomorrow going to help mewhen water is rushing into my basement. Then I called Servpro and they showed up within 2 hours and were able to comfort me and calm me down because at that time I was freaking out about the foot of standing water in my basement. I was so happy with the work they did and they were very professional and they were able to get my home back to were it was before the flood. I would recommend them to anyone who has a disaster in their home.

I had a bad water leak from my HVAC system in my basement. They talked me through the issue on the phone to stop the leak and then came out first thing in the morning. They came the next 5 days in a row to make sure every part of my basement was clean from the floors, the steps, and book shelves. They didn't rush the job just to move on to the next, they made sure it was done right. Not only did they fix that issue, but as they looked through everything, they noticed potential issues with my pipes that could potentially cause more issues. They let me know about them so I could get them taken care of before something worse happened. I had a bathroom sink leak which damaged the bathroom and a bedroom on the floor below. I reached out to Servpro late at night, they answered the call, and had a team to my property shortly after. They walked me through the entire process, helped deal with my insurance company, and documented everything. Thanks to them, the damage was limited and several items I thought would be completely lost were able to be salvaged. I can't thank Keith and his team enough!

Our sump pump failed and I ended up with an uncovered loss. Keith (the owner) was onsite when I was advised by the adjuster that my estimated 20K in damages were not covered by my insurance policy. Instead of just leaving, Keith gave me all the information we needed to dry out our property properly and avoid further loss. I can't describe how refreshing it was to deal with a business person who expressed empathy toward my situation and offered his time and expertise. I will recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Also, from phone call to Keith standing on my property was less than 24 hours.
