Advance Tree Care provided A+ Service. From the initial call for an estimate, office communication, scheduling and tree removal everything was perfect. They were on time as promised, very knowledgeable and super clean! I was not aware of the actual science it is to remove such a large tree, and am so happy that I chose such a great company!

The team from Advanced Tree Care did a great job. Everyone was very polite and efficient. They were excellent at cleaning up tree debris and trimming a raw tree branch. Communication with the office was excellent. All my calls and texts were promptly returned.

I highly recommend Advanced Tree Care. We were referred to them by our neighbors and are so glad we went with them. They were VERY easy to communicate with and responded quickly (well within 24 hrs) to my initial request and questions. Jean arranged for a quick estimate which we received the day after Advanced Tree Care came out to take a look at what we needed done. Their pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable and, on the day of the scheduled work, even though I was not able to be home, Jean effectively communicated with me regarding the timeline and what was being done. I was very pleased when I got home to see that they did a fantastic job - removed 6 trees and stumps, ground down several other stumps we had, and trimmed the dead branches off the trees lining our 1/4 mile long driveway. They followed through on every aspect we were quoted for and left the area neat and clean (you would never even be able to tell that we ever had any trees there). Without a doubt I will be hiring this company for all my future tree needs! A+

I’m very sad to have to leave this review because I was once a very loyal customer. I’ve recommended several of my friends to use them. However, I’ve now been extremely disrespected and saddened to be treated with such bad faith. I was given a quote for an additional job to take down trees in my back yard. I even had a permit pulled. My job was pushed and pushed for months and months due to their schedule, weather, etc. I never complained and was very patient because I trusted this company and family owned business. They had done two jobs for me prior so why wouldn’t I trust them. Rob was also very knowledgeable. So I kept following up with Jean and I finally asked if they forgot about me to only get the response that they are no longer honoring the price they quoted me and I would need to pay a lot more to have the job done. This is so not okay considering they were the one causing the delay. How is this my fault they did not do the job in a timely manner. My trust and faith in this company is shattered. And I don’t think they care about their customers. Clearly they have forgotten what good customer service entails and how to be loyal and honorable.

A great family owned business that cares greatly about their customers. We've used them twice and will use them again, definitely highly recommended!

Advanced Tree Care was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They gave a detailed and prompt estimate and their price was exceptional in comparison to other tree companies. Their professionals did a great job cleaning up any debris. We highly recommend using them and will be a return customer.

Advanced Tree Care kept me notified of scheduling changes due to weather backlog and managed my expectations fully. When they arrived on site at the scheduled day and time, they immediately went to work in an extremely professional manner. They tackled a huge 30 year old redwood next to my house in a hard to reach area in the backyard using a crane and climbers. It was truly impressive to see them work. The tree was gone in under 4 hours and when they left, you could hardly tell they were here. Clean-up was incredible and extensive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The tree crew at Advanced Tree Care did a wonderful job on a tree work on my property in November, 2023. The tree crew was very careful in executing the job and took great care to ensure that the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I’m leaving this review to warn others to never pay cash to this business because they will take advantage of you. We foolishly trusted them & paid in full for the job (which included stump removal.) The workers didn’t remove the stump for either having lack of time and/or the proper machine to do so. Despite numerous follow ups, we were continually pushed off politely that they “wouldn’t forget about us.” Months later after another follow up they of course claimed that stump removal was not included which was an absolute lie. If you’re going to choose to work with this company make sure to have them put together formal work orders and NEVER pay them until the job is 100% completed. You’ve been warned.

We recently had two trees taken down. The entire crew was respectful of our preferences, the fence, plantings and property. I love working with decent, considerate contractors. Much thanks to Rob and his crew - and to Jean back at the office who kept us informed.

Matt and his crew took down six trees for us this week that were too close to the house or dead. They did a fantastic job. We are going to have them back to do four more. They were very quick, efficient, and clean. Very easy to work with from the estimate to scheduling and completion. We highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Advanced Tree Care! They came highly recommended to us and they exceeded our expectations. They are professional and responsive. Calls were returned in a timely manner and emails were acknowledged and responded to promptly. You can tell that they take pride in their work and their business. My kids were very entertained by the tree removal process and I was impressed by how efficient Rob and his team are. There was a lot going on at one time but it was all extremely organized. My experience with Advanced Tree Care was one of the best experiences I have had with a business who came to do work at my home. When we first reached out they were able to come and give us a quote within 24 hours. After that, they were open and honest about how long it would take for them to come do the job and were accurate with that timing. The communication was with Jean and she made everything run smoothly between us and the workers. They were on time (early), they were flexible with some changes we made last minute, they were respectful of our property and the properties surrounding ours, and they did everything fast and efficiently. The team that they had worked cohesively together and did not stop moving from the minute they got here until the minute they left. Not only were they hard workers, but they also had a lot of knowledge about the trees they were working on. I will never stop recommending this business and we will continue to use them as long as we can!

This is the second time I've used Advanced Tree Care and if I ever need tree work in the future, I will definitely be calling them again. The first time they were here it was a pretty straightforward tree removal job that Rob and his team took care of with ease. This last job was much more difficult. A monster tree came down across a deep stream on the side of our house which made cutting it and removing it a difficult task. Rob and his team assessed how to deal with the tricky issue at hand and they completed the job in no time at all! Very professional and also reasonably priced! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!

On the basis of my experience, I would highly recommend Advanced Tree Care. The operations crew has the correct equipment and expertise to perform the most complicated tree removal projects safely and efficiently. The crew was furthermore flexible, polite, respectful and treated my property as if it were their own. The office staff and manager were responsive and strove to accurately communicate the schedule in a dynamic environment.

Just had Jean, Rob and their team come out to remove a few dead trees in my backyard. One tree fell from my neighbor's yard into mine making the job a little more difficult considering how the tree was resting against another. It was really cool to see the science behind something like that while keeping everyone safe and no damage to my fencing. Advanced Tree Care did an amazing job today as they moved my trampoline and other play equipment without me asking and left the yard in better shape than it was before they arrived. Great price as well and always very friendly and easy to talk to.

Always support local businesses like Advanced Tree Care as they will give you that extra level of customer service the bigger companies may not always.

This is our second time using Advanced Tree Care. They were so great the first time that we immediately went back to them. The service was fantastic. They trimmed a few birch trees and took down a good size maple. At completion the wood was cut to fireplace length and stacked neatly along the side of the yard. They not only ground the stump but the protruding roots as well. Cleanup was incredible with not a twig or leaf remaining. Communication was fantastic, and the job was done more than a month before the scheduled date. Price was very reasonable. Everyone arrived right on time. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Advance tree care it was prompt on time, professional at all times. They showed up went right to work. Finish the job cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. I have more trees and I will make sure that Advanced Tree Care will get the job done when the time comes
