My wife and I worked with Sherri Kirkland at GPS to remodel our master bathroom. Working with Sherri is like having a design consultant, project manager, and customer advocate all in one. She is an expert and she will call out the necessary prerequisites that only come with years of experience. She also helped us out when our contractor made a mistake which necessitated a different choice of faucets.

Marilynn was extremely helpful and really presented a lot of options for my bathroom fixtures. She listened to me and made the buying a pleasant experience.

You know how you hear stories about stores that go the extra mile and will wait an extra few minutes for you after closing time when,they know you need a product. Well that's not General Plumbing Supply in Green Brook, N.J. I called and told them I was down the road. I actually got there a couple of minutes before 4:00. They were still there but wouldn't take 5. Minutes to sell me the neutralizer granules I needed. A little customer service would have gone a long way.

Fabulous range of products and first rate service. I worked with Wendi Zimmerman; she really helped me pull everything together and pointed out little details that I hadn't even thought of, like changing out the hose and knob on the pipe behind the toilet from polished chrome to satin so it would match everything else in the bathroom.

Positive experience. We worked with Sherri K. on two bathrooms and a kitchen over the course of 9 months. She was attentive, knowledgeable and offered useful suggestions and design advice.

The guys at the parts counter were very helpful when I needed to find a part for my bathroom sink. Would recommend going here

I arrived shortly before closing on a Monday. I politely knocked on the glass door to let the sales personnel know I was there. One of the sales agents indicated that I should cut my throat and turned away .

This kind of nonsense happens all the time at many businesses. Thought I'd share the experience with customers who prefer rewarding businesses that provide a courteous environment.

I'll bring my business to a more professional plumbing supply business on Tuesday.

GPS, do yourselves a favor and train your staff to assure you don't lose any more business based on poor attitude.

I have done two bathrooms at my home with Wendi now and She is a very knowledgeable person who is thinking about all of the ramifications of a remodel. You will not get that at a Home Depot or Lowes. The products that GPS sells are first class quality material, I should know because I am a General Contractor. I recommend Wendi and GPS to any homeowner who plans on doing a Kitchen or Bath remodel....Mike Etheridge

Wendi Zimmerman was one of the most professional sales/designers that I've had the pleasure to work with. From changing an order to being so patient with me. Would love to work with her on another project in the future. Truly an asset to your company.

We purchased our vanities, toilets, tubs and faucets for GPS for our bathroom remodel. Wendi Zimmerman was extremely helpful in providing the product specifications, making suggestion, matching prices, and when one of the shower head appeared faulty, even reaching out to the manufacturer to get us a replacement. She made our project a lot easier than if we were to buy things from different vendors ourselves.

Went into GPS to purchase new shower/bathtub faucet materials. Cristina helped my wife and I and was great! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable around all models and possibilities we wanted.
