I am a new home owner and this company took advantage of me. They said they were doing a chimney inspection and cleaning. They charged me for an inspection and cleaning but only inspected half of my chimney. When I called to find out why they said I would have to pay the full price to get the other half of my one chimney inspected. They were not detailed in their inspection. I don’t recommend them at all.

We hired classic chimney to install a damper, repair the vent pipe connection from our boiler to the chimney, and to sweep our chimney on two occasions. Our phone calls have also been answered, appointments were made quickly, prices were fair, and Joe and his team were always on time and efficient. Thank you!

First time using Classic Chimney. Joe and his worker arrived on time, covered the area with a dropcloth, removed the flue connector for my wood burning stove, and vacuumed as they cleaned the stove and pipe. Then they went on the roof and cleaned the chimney liner all the while running a vacuum to catch the dust and debris. Great service. will definetly use them again.

They came to my house to inspect the chimney, way to pricey compared to other company's. They opine on things they are not experts at and give you more quotes for repairs. Major attitude, wouldn't not recommend. Unless you got money to spare... be careful Guys choose wisely.. i ended up going with American Chimney great company and honest estimates. Be careful with Classic chimneys have multiple estimate before going with them.... not trying to be a jerk to them but the way they treated me and the way they inspected the house was very unprofessional...

Not satisfied with this company. We scheduled chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation Arrived without ladder safety gear and rushed through the task. The cap installation later caused dripping during a storm. The cleaning cost was inflated and customer service was unhelpful when I asked for an itemized bill. They mentioned chimney repair but failed to provide a written assessment or timeline. For safety and sanity, insist on a full, written report when booking any chimney service.
