Home Services reviews in Hackensack, New Jersey

Was considering another company, but am so happy that I chose All American Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning! I am super satisfied with Brian's diligent work to give my very old wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the house a "like new" appearance! It's a pleasure dealing with someone who provides extraordinary customer service from start to finish, as well as reasonable pricing! Highly recommend this company.

Excellent communication Brian did a great job and was very thorough cleaning our carpet carpets. He cleaned four rooms and two sets of stairs and did a fabulous job. His prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Brian, the owner was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he get my carpet spotless, but he answered all my rug and carpet related questions. He was courteous, kind, and his service was reasonably priced.

I called many companies and Brian was the only person answering the phone who was actually the owner. Everyone else was just working for agencies that send out whomever to your house. Brian and his brother in law did such a great job and were very pleasant professionals to work with. Look no further.

Brian was great. He was kind and accommodating when I contacted him. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. My couch was a mess and I was thinking about getting rid of it. He made it look new! Totally recommend. Great service all around.

Brian did a great job.
One star off only because a particular stain was not able to be removed from one of the rugs. But that’s not his fault, it had already set years ago. That said, he was quick, thorough and got YEARS of dirt out of two rugs and our couch. Highly recommended!

Brian did an excellent job cleaning 4 sofas and one wool area rug. He was punctual and very professional, and his prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend All American Dry!

This is my third time using Brian and I’m beyond happy with the service per usual! My couch and rug look amazing. It’s pretty eye opening to see all the dirt they get out!!! Could not recommend Brian and his company more! I will definitely use him again!

Just had my carpets cleaned by All American Dry. I have used them for many years and I must say that Brian does quality work. He is friendly and professional. His prices are fair. I know you will be pleased with any job he does.

My mom and I recently hired Brian to clean quite a number of carpet area and couches and everything looks like new! Brian is super nice and gave us a great price. I highly recommend Brian!

All American Dry - is the Gold Standard for carpet cleaning. Brian answered my email inquiry within minutes with a price quote . He scheduled the work within the week and did a very professional job. He treated my home like his own with care and conscientious attention to details. He exceeded all my expectations !

I’ve used American Carpet Cleaning a few times now and will keep coming back. Brian is great, and always a pleasure to work with. He helps schedule as quickly as possible, does excellent work, is reasonably priced, and always has a smile on his face. We definitely recommend him!!

This was our second time hiring Brian (first in 2021), and once again he did an excellent job. He cleaned several rugs, a few couches and pillows, and even removed an unknown stain left behind by a prior owner of our home. He was responsive, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Thanks, Brian!

Brian cleaned three sofas and two area rugs. I’ll say the results were nothing less than AMAZING. The off white couch in our basement hang out area literally looks new and it certainly looked like it should be pitched before he came. Great guy too.

Brian keeps clients updated on when he will arrive. He’s professional and does an amazing job. My couch and chair look like new.
Brian is personable and a pleasure to work with. It’s hard to find someone who enjoys their job and goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy with his work.
Thanks Brian.

I can not say enough good things about this guy and his company!! Brian was on time, courteous, friendly and fast. The price paid for the service I received is beyond reasonable. I will be scheduling work with him in the future, and I highly recommend him to everyone. I prefer to utilize local, independent businesses wherever it is possible, and I'm grateful to my friend who gave me this referral and happy to pass along to others. All American did a GREAT job.

I was having some sort of allergy attack and it was only happening when I was sitting on my couch. I think it was dander our dog brought in. But desperately needed to get the couch cleaned asap. I spoke with Brian and he came the next morning!!! He was so helpful and friendly and thorough! I highly recommend him and will continue to use him! A+++

Brian was great! Punctual and easy to work with. He was able to get 2 week old paint stains out of our carpet as well as dog spots out of our sofa! Definitely recommend!!

Great experience as always with Brian and his team at All American. We have used their service twice for our rugs, sofa, chairs, and couch steam cleaned.
He is very thorough with his work and quality work with great people skills and customer service.
Highly recommend.

I highly recommend All American Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. If you need your carpets cleaned, do not look further. Use these guys! Brian, the owner, does every job himself and came with his brother-in-law, Bob. Both are so friendly and professional. Most important, the job they did was great. Carpets are super clean and they made sure that they respected the home. The job is well-priced. I was so happy with the job that before they left, I asked if they did chairs and they spontaneously worked on 2 large chairs that were desperate for a clean. They are honest, hard-working men who take a lot of pride in their work… something that is unfortunately rare to find these days.

I couldn’t be happier with the job he did cleaning my basement carpet and tile floors. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. My basement gets a lot of use, and the carpet especially had seen better days but when he was done, it looked and smelled completely refreshed.
The tile floors came out spotless, with grout lines that look brighter than I remember them ever being. He paid attention to every detail and didn’t rush the job. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers real results, I highly recommend him. I will definitely be using him again!
