Had a quick issue with their AC and they were in and fixed it fast - we're up and running again now. Good response time and helpful staff, I'd choose them for future repairs.

This guy is a total scam artist. He claims to fix things but ends up leaving with a hefty bill and the issue persists. He'll come back, claim it's something else, charge again, and leave saying it's fixed – it's a huge failure. What's even more infuriating is that he has the audacity to ask for money for his incompetence, like he's entitled to it. As a result, he's lost my business and several others in mine. Whenever I speak out about him, he'll just keep losing customers, and eventually, he'll sink to the level of a complete failure – a pitiful excuse for a businessman.
