I used this service once in the fall for a leaf clean up. The guys were very quick and professional. However, I called and texted multiple times over the course of 2 weeks to try to set up services for the spring and no one ever responded. I guess they are to busy, but a response would have been nice.

I was super excited to move forward with Bergen Lawn Care as a new homeowner in my first season of lawn care and maintenance. I read up on how this is the perfect time of year to start new growth for the summer so I was very much so looking forward to this process and getting it started quickly.

I first reached out for a quote on a Friday. He called back got my info and said he could stop by that day. After never reaching back out after that point, he randomly pops up on my property on a Sunday morning and helps himself to a look around the yard (I only noticed bc I happened to head to the bathroom and noticed a man in the backyard). I should have heeded this first warning signal of the communication gap. I greeted him and he let me know who he was. From there walked me through prices and services.

I reach out a couple hours later and let him know I would like to move forward. Great, tells me send a picture of the contract with the services requested and he can be by to pick it up. From there it was like pulling teeth to get an answer to when he’d be coming by so that I could coordinate schedules. Bc he took so long to answer and I couldn’t wait on him while I have other work on the house that needs to be done, I had to move forward with a contractor for different work that required use of the lawn so I told him let’s schedule for the following week after that work was complete.

The following week arrives and again, I’m having to hunt him down to confirm what day he will be coming by to no avail. No response to text, call or voicemail. Not to mention he has read receipts on so I can see that he read my request for confirmation. Now I will have to find another service and get a late start on my lawn care!

Manuel was very professional through the process. Came and did the consultation, responded at a timely manner with an estimate. Did the job amazingly with his team! Understood I wanted my backyard to be safe so my kids can play outside and help recommend what trees should we remove. Great experience!
