Reviews of local pros in Hackensack, New Jersey

This comment comes from someone working in the facility management field. Over the years I’ve worked with countless service partners over a large Territory implementing services from exterior to interior. But this has to be one of the easiest company’s I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

I called them and immediately asked for pictures which more then likely weren’t the best Quality. There where able to give me an estimate which was on point and schedule the work within a few hours. Honestly one of the quickest and professional interactions.

Keep in mind, this all started a few days prior to Christmas Eve and still received all information in a timely manner.

So the cleanup - the house that needed to be clean was completely covered with bodily fluids and dog fluids. The carpet was completely destroyed and packed with garbage. Massive cleanup in my opinion, but cleaning world sent enough guys, filled two separate dumpsters and had the place looking sharp all within a basic work day. They did a wonderful job and honestly, I’ve already suggested this company to multiple people in need.

I’m even going to use them personally in my professional life, that is how much I trust there work. I strongly recommend to anyone in need.

Outstanding service and cleaning - prompt and courteous!
They were here on time and did an amazing job getting everything out of the carpet - can’t say enough about them - I highly recommend them !

Very happy with Cleaning World and would highly recommend. My uncle had tenants that moved out and left the rental house a mess. They had cats and a dog they were letting pee and poop in the house plus they left trash galore. The job was impossible for my disabled uncle to handle and I have asthma plus live 45 minutes away. Cleaning World was an amazing help to us. Alejandro and 2 ladies ( didn't get their name) came in and cleaned everything including the pet mess. The estimate was fair and we got our money's worth for sure. Would definitely work with Cleaning World again and recommend.
Thank you Sean, John, Chris, Linda, Victoria and crew.

Dave did a power washing job for me. He did my house and my deck and it turned out amazing! Highly recommend him!

Cleaning World had once again (3rd time) performed a top-quality job cleaning my large townhouse rental unit. The work involved cleaning all the flooring, including the carpet, all windows inside and out, all bathrooms and the kitchen. Exceptional work was done using truck powered commercial steam cleaning that removed carpet dirt and staining. Their thorough work included items that I wasn’t aware of such as removing dust accumulated inside kitchen cabinets due to renovation work. Cleaning World was punctual and completed work at a reasonable cost.

great experience from the appointment scheduler to the estimate and of course the services 😍😍 all within a weeks timeframe. My house is spotless. Great experience hands down.

Professional, easy and they did such a great job. Highly recommend!! I can’t wait to have them back myself.

I have a new construction home, but the basement floor was very dirty and impossible to clean manually. Cleaning World brought their special truck and cleaned and waxed the floor. They even moved some heavy items to the garage to clean more thoroughly. We are thrilled with the result! Nice people, very easy to work with. Price was below my expectations. Highly recommend.

Had a major cleanup. an entire house basement, Attic, the main floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and the 2nd floor with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Cleaning World came with a fantastic crew for 4 days and cleaned every area of the house and hauled it all away. We’re very, very happy. Professional, courteous, awesome staff and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Cleaning World.

excellent service, we recently lost our mom and needed to clean out the house . the guys saved so many memories for me and my sister. thank you again

Use them for office cleaning and they are sensational. Chris and Sean are extremely helpful and communicative. If you need office cleaning I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive (returned my initial call on a Saturday) and very communicative throughout. Very fair and competitive price. Had a whole house deep cleaned for an elderly person. Very thorough job and great workmanship. Left the place good as new. The crew on site was hard working, friendly and kind. Great experience overall. Thanks!

Cleaning World did such a great job! stripping and waxing the floors giving it again a brand-new look. The ease of communication with the team is to be commended as well, they've accommodated us on the schedule requested and when we had to changed and move it to another day. We couldn't be more satisfied. Great job!

I've been using Cleaning World for services at the commercial properties I oversee, and their work has been consistently outstanding and highly professional. Chris and Gregg maintain excellent communication and are always very responsive. Their team is respectful, hardworking, and reliable. I highly recommend Cleaning World—they are a great company to work with.

We were in need of a serious deep cleaning of a residential property where long term tenants had just moved out. After an initial phone call with Chris, we continued communicating via text with pictures so he could accurately assess our needs. Chris was extremely responsive and quickly put together a comprehensive quote/plan for our situation. We finalized all the paperwork late on a Friday afternoon and were scheduled for cleaning the following Monday. Jose and other cleaning techs arrived on time and began working. Jose communicated with us throughout the day and even gave us a courtesy call as requested when the work was completed. Cleaning World, Inc exceeded our expectations from the initial phone call through completion of what we considered a very challenging cleaning task. We were so fortunate to have found them and highly recommend their services!

We have been using Cleaning World for several years, and they continue to impress us with their reliability, professionalism, and quality of service. Whether it's routine cleaning or more specialized projects, their team consistently delivers excellent results.

The staff is courteous, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we’ve come to trust them as a dependable partner for our cleaning needs.

We highly recommend Cleaning World to any business looking for a cleaning company that truly stands behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your continued great service!
