The absolute best team of people you can ever work with to remodel your home in or out. From scoping out the project, to beautiful renderings, demo work, installation and clean up, I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They’re trustworthy, meticulous, respectful of your home, and so incredibly clean. We had renovations in our home for about 3-4 weeks and our house, even with the demo, was always left spotless. We recently hired J.T. Construction for a major overhaul on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They came highly recommended by a friend, and from the very first estimate to the final day of the project, they exceeded our expectations.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality truly stood out. Our project included new siding, resurfaced windows, new gutters, and concrete foundation surfacing—an extensive transformation—and they handled it all with exceptional skill and care.

The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done beautifully and correctly. The results speak for themselves, and I’ll try to include photos to show just how much of a difference they made.

I made a delivery of two boxes. They were closed so I left them out front as requested. Narrow streets, I had a van. I wouldn't go there with anything bigger than a small box truck.

Last time I call this company for service,after the technician was done,left leaving a mess in the bathroom. The service is done with no guarantee. Really bad experience.

Just based on my first call I will never use them ever again. The receptionist DENISE is so rude on the phone and condescending.she sounds miserable depressed,lost sole, who has nothing to look forward too..the owner should watch her cause like me she is driving many customers away by just the way she talks on the phone

Unfortunately my wife signed the work order
before it was filled out because the technician basically forced her to. Once they did the job, which was a 30 minute video of a clear pipe, they wrote in the price which was highway robbery for the work performed. Beware of these con artists.

I had an emergency with sewage overflowing into my first-floor shower and toilet, and called this plumber, because the service I usually use was unavailable.

It was a Sunday and according to my receipt, the plumber spent 2 hours here, and charged me $749, including tax, about 3 times what a standard clean-out usually costs.

Even though the work was done on Sept. 11, 2011, I've kept my receipt to remind me of how I was exploited.

It is ridiculous how much these people charged for a job where they were onsite for less then 1 hour! When I asked to see a rates sheet they said they didn't have one and that he was giving me a "good deal". Always remember to ask for a quote first (although its easier said then done especially in emergency situations where they know they can take advantage of you and rip you off!). Beware of this company and look for other options if possible!

Tech was not able to unclog the drain. Damaged the toilet they removed and did not re-install it. Damaged the bathroom door moldings on both sides due to carelessness while snaking the line. Talked incessantly so as to run up the bill. Each time he went out to his truck he had a cigaret to waste more time and left his butts on our sidewalk. Left all the soaked rags, soaked cardboard and mess all over the place when he left.

My plumber couldn’t figure-out why I had a sewer odor and recommended I call General. They responded within an hour, thoroughly looked at multiple possibilities and correctly diagnosed my issue. I thought their price was very reasonable for the level of service I received.
