Not happy. Asked for 20' each of THWN 12 guage (2 hot conductors, a neutral, and ground) to replace my existing wire run from my house to my garage. He snickered and said 500', we don't custom cut it. I was out the door. 👎👎

Called to ask if they carried outlet wall covers I was told no they don’t carry , told the person thanks and he just hung up the phone on me. I definitely will tell my many friends not shop there.

Started my new job and this was my first stop at this location. There service is too notch and I was in and out at the will call window. Highly recommend!!! These guys are always knowledgeable and very helpful.

I think they need to purge the employees, I called to ask something and the guy that took me the call was just miserable. This store is always the same with disrespectful treatment, and looks like they don't want to sell nothing. It doesn't deserve the 3 stars, just because the brand has a good history and they sell good quality stuff. Disgusting.

Absolutely miserable service from management. The second you walk in, the energy is off. They cut a wire without telling us the price, then demanded we pay for it — even though it was more than we planned to spend. When we offered to buy a different option instead, they told us to take it or leave. No accountability, no interest in actually helping. Just a total waste of time.

Extremely professional & knowledgeable. I would recommend & will call again for any future electrician needs. Definite 5 stars!

First off I rarely write reviews unless the service is excellent or horrible. In this case the service from Pure Electric was excellent. Chris the owner provided a reasonable estimate for the rewiring of my entire house and upgrade to 200 amp. Kyle and Mike his assistants were professional, clean and made the 8 day job enjoyable. I have 2 young children and they made sure they worked with us so that the kids could nap without being disruptive. No damage was done to the house even though damage is to be expected in the fishing of electrical lines. Overall my family is thrilled that we dealt with an honest and professional company that exhibited excellent craftmanship.

I couldn't be happier with the job that Pure Electric did for me. Very responsive communication, professional workmanship, and fair prices. Chris and his team installed a sub panel, lighting and outlets to my garage, and installed a porch outlet and ceiling fan. Highly recommended.
