Robert and Leo have been a great help to me today. They were quick, professional and honest. And they were very careful to not charge me for too much time. It was a best-case experience for a problem you didn't want.

This company was able to give me a reasonable estimate for a replacement water heater. They also were quick to install it. I'd definitely recommend this business as they are among the best.

Both times I have been highly satisfied. Andy has been here twice. I hope that Andy's professionalism is the standard for your firm. It would be nice to have a senior's discount for people on fixed incomes but I do understand the economics. Job well done!

Sam Jr. Anthony were respectful and very kind! The job was completed in the time frame and at the price estimated. Everything was done very well. Our pets were equally impressed. Sam Jr., who was very well-informed, corrected Anthony in a respectful manner, despite the fact that Anthony had shown a remarkable desire to be taught by Sam. Why do i mention this? This is because it's important to not only have a well-done job, but also see the leadership and growth of their company. I feel a great deal of confidence both in their personal work and the company. Worth the price.

As it was two drains at the exact same address and he had already arrived, I asked for a discount, which was approved by his supervisor via phone. He was very friendly and helpful.

I had to deal with a drain problem that was difficult. These guys came to me within one day, gave a price and diagnosis, and then continued with the scheduling and work until it was finished today. The whole experience has been great. They have good communication and staff who know what to do. They also clean up afterwards. I think the amount they charged me for their work was fair. Excellent experience. I was informed throughout the entire process. I was given my options. We live in an old complex and it appears that the issue is deeper in the pipes behind the wall. Therefore, we will have to contact the owner. However, Jose was still a very good technician.

Javiar & Jimmy's expertise, patience and good nature made my plumbing experience a great one. While I initially wanted to just replace my kitchen sink and bathroom faucets, it took more time and effort to complete the job. There were numerous problems, including corroded inner washers and disintegrated pipes. Javier also found a quick replacement for a crucial part. Even though they could have added massive charges, all they did was add the cost of the extra services and parts I asked for (replacing my dishwasher connector valves because they were likely to need replacing in the near future).

We had to have all the original cast-iron pipes replaced under our 1954 bungalow (after we discovered a leak underneath the kitchen sink in the crawlspace). Drain & Water proved to be the right choice. They responded quickly, were communicative and patient throughout the whole process. The plumbers were able remove all the old plumbing, install the new ones, and handle the inspection/permitting process with professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to any person in the locality with a small or large plumbing issue.

These people are highly recommended. They are very responsive and helpful. They arrived 30 minutes later to flush and inspect a couple water heaters. One of the heaters was in need of replacement. The technician left, returned with a replacement unit and replaced my old unit within hours of that day! Dustin Manzo, Master Technician deserves special mention. Daniel and Giovanni came to my house for 3 days in order to fix a gas leak. Both men were very hard-working and worked until 9 pm in order to complete the job. They were polite and professional. I was kept informed throughout. Their hard work is appreciated.
