We hired contractors to do some repairs on our home, but when we came back from work, we found that another part of the house was leaking - a faucet outside our front door that had been busted. The contractor who fixed it initially tried to stop the water by wrapping it in tape, which didn't work.

Luckily, Rescue Plumbing showed up the next day and fixed the issue for us. We haven't had any problems with the repair since then.

My main problem with Rescue Plumbing is that when I requested an itemized receipt after the job was done on 9/18/19, I never got one. It's now over two years later, and despite contacting the contractor who did the work multiple times, I still haven't received it. I've even recently reached out to them about a pending small claims court case against me, hoping they might provide the receipt as part of their records - but so far, nothing.

I appreciate Rescue Plumbing and HVAC's straightforward approach and dedication to quality work. The technicians were courteous and transparent throughout the process, taking the time to walk me through the restoration plan for my damaged home. Their pricing was fair, and I'm pleased with the final result.

I was lucky to have Mike and Yusef install a brand new AC unit during an extremely hot heatwave - they delivered in record time. Desperate for relief, they worked tirelessly to get me settled in. Their professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic are top-notch. I'd highly recommend them without hesitation.

However, when this summer's heatwave hit (June 2023), my system started acting up. Despite calling multiple times about getting a follow-up service, no one got back to me, and the phone froze up. It turned off, changed the filter, but still ran fine. Now I'd like to schedule a service call to have the Freon checked - how do I set that up?
