Terrible communication, was told I would know pricing before job was started. Received an insane price for the job that wasn’t even finished. I Reached out to have explanation, owner/manager had lack of response. Would not recommend.

Graff was the electrical contractor on my bathroom renovation. After the quality and professional work they provided, we called them back to upgrade our electrical service. Always good to have a reliable electrician. We will be using their services moving forward and highly recommend for your electrical needs

UPDATE (Jan 2023): Amending this review just to reiterate how great it is working with Graff, they came out to finish up a project that the team started in October 2022 that was waiting on delivery of appliances to my property. They were able to schedule work within a few days of reaching out, and had someone highly skilled on-site very promptly. Work was done well, not disruptive (I work from home), and incredibly friendly and informative.

Original Review: Wonderful experience working with Graff Electric -- got an incredibly prompt response to our request for a quote, and had someone out in a few days to assess our project needs, with a quote in-hand within a day. When the work started (very promptly at the time specified), the team was incredibly courteous and professional, regularly checking in with us to confirm our needs, ask important questions about the job, and share information with us throughout the day. Work was high quality and very thorough. Will be working with them again in the future for sure when electrical projects come up.

Highly recommend Jesse and his crew. He was significantly less money for more work than I was promised from 2 other electricians. Text and you get a response, call and he answers which is rare in this day and age with contractors. He even let me use his tractor to dig up some shrubs while work was waiting to be done. Very down to earth guy. If you're looking for an electrician save yourself the hassle and make your first call to him your last call to anyone!

I have used Graff Electric in the past. They were great. I scheduled an appointment. They told me the man would be out between 8 and 10. A.m. it was 9:30. I still no word. Usually, you get a text saying they’re coming or they’re delayed by then so I called the office. The office told me they would get a hold of the service department and they would contact me one hour later. Still no contact so I called the office again. they said they would call the service And they would contact me as soon as they could well 30 minutes later still no contact So I canceled the appointment and I will no longer be using Graff Electric

Graff Electric did what they said they do in the amount of time that they said it would take, checked everything twice and cleaned up from any mess they made. They were courteous and very nice and a pleasure to work with. As far as I know, I’m in great shape electrically. I do highly recommend them and hope that you have the same good experience.
