I know nothing of plumbing and pipes, except the general stuff : things work -there are no leaks and there is not danger of drowning in the kitchen sink, and thinks don't work: water everywhere. I had option two a week ago, when I came back home from work. I panicked. Called this company(Royal Flush Plumbing). It was around 8 pm, 25min later a guy came. Don't remember his name, but I do remember that he fixed a connection between two pipes and water stopped. I didn't even knew you can stop the water in the house from a valve. I am very thankful to this man for responding to my water problem really fast. I don't know if I am allowed to post prices here, so I will say: In my opinion he did his job very good and I gladly payed the price he asked.

Fast, Reliable, reasonable rates. I have used them many times and Frank is great. He comes when he says he will. He does the job and even on the same day when I have needed him. This is a true professional.

Frank and his son did an exceptional job replacing our water heater. I called.....he came to see what I needed, came back and replaced it. VERY reasonable, reliable. It's good to know when we move my son will have someone there to take care of plumbing.

Frank is a true craftsman...I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive and gave us a good price. He originally came just to run a gas line out to our deck for a grill. Just so happened we needed a new water heater as well...he got a new one and installed it the same day...now that's going above and beyond!!!! Great customer service!!!

Called Frank from Royal Flush and he got back to me quickly. Came the next morning promptly and knew exactly what the problem was right away with my boiler. Fixed it quickly and reasonably. What I like most is Frank is honest, knows his stuff, fixes the issue right on the first time. Will always use Royal Flush for my heating issues.

Let’s just say it out loud, no one likes to have to “call the plumber”. But the few times that we have had to do so, we have chosen to call Frank at Royal Flush Plumbing & Heating and the service and experience is always exceptional. Called Royal Flush at 6:30am with a leaking water pressure tank. By 8am I had a call back. By 2pm, Frank had a new tank installed. Very responsive, caring and professional. He replaced all the surrounding pipes, pressure switch and some valves. He even repositioned the tank for easier access to the pressure gauge and switch. The new plumbing work is beautiful, very neat and clean.

I called Royal Flush for an estimate to convert from oil to gas. The response time was quick, but the owner, Frank's, rude demeanor and an excessively high estimate made it clear this was not a job he wanted to fulfill. What a waste of time.

I've called Frank twice now to fix plumbing issues in my home. Both times, he and his crew have been punctual and efficient.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of contractors. I called another plumber for a second opinion and the other guy never even got back to me.

But Frank was able to get out here just after a blizzard to repair a pipe that broke in my baseboard heating.

I'll definitely call him again the next time something breaks.
