Reviews of local pros in Haworth, New Jersey

So I call them since I wanted support local businesses- and actually told them that. The agent who came was supposed to provide an estimate first, but he just went in and started working on the vent. We should have stopped him there, I concede. Working without gloves, he cut his hands a several times. Did a lousy job, dryer continued to show blocked vent message. When I called I was told they will come back and do the job right or my money back “in two business days” (a lot of money BTW; $250 for a 20 minutes job). Of course, no one showed up and no response to calls. It seems they are not interested in repeat business, nor care about their reputation in the neighborhood.
