If I could give no stars I would.
I would not recommend 3 Brothers Construction to anyone. I hired them to finish my basement, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of their work is extremely poor, and I’ve had to spend even more money hiring professionals to fix the mess they left behind.
The electrical work was dangerously sloppy—open boxes, live wires left inside the walls, and improperly tightened connections that caused lights to flicker. A licensed electrician had to come in afterward and redo everything just to make it safe.
The walls are full of waves and imperfections, and they didn't even use proper edging on corners. The paint job was careless, with chips everywhere and paint spilled all over the brand-new flooring they installed. They never even painted the back of the door.
They broke my washer and dryer during the job and left trash—including broken glass and even empty liquor bottles—inside closets and scattered around my house. It was completely unprofessional.
Throughout the project, they continually asked for more money, which I provided. But once the job was "finished" and I tried to reach out about the numerous issues, the main contractor refused to be bothered. To this day, he hasn’t come back to review or address anything.
It was clear their only priority was getting paid. Every concern I raised was met with excuses. The insulation was poorly done, and the windows weren’t even installed correctly. The walls aren’t smooth, and there’s no sign of proper spackling.
Bottom line: They cut corners, ignored basic standards, and treated my home with total disregard. Avoid this company if you care about quality, safety, and professionalism.
