Our basement was ruined in Hurricane Ida and we were worried about our hot water heater. My mom had suggested calling Hawthorne Mechanical. Though we had never worked with them, they came to us that day to diagnose the issue. They then came the following day install the new hot water heater and fix the cause. Professional, hard-working and knowledgeable - totally recommend.

I was referred to Hawthorne Mechanical Contractors appx 2 years ago when I needed the plumbing to my showed fixed. I have since used them to fix my toilet and heater. There staff is so friendly, on time and professional. Their pricing is fair and I never had a problem. I would highly recommend.

Great experience with this team. My boiler and water heater broke on the coldest day in a decade. Rich and Paul got me up and running right away and replaced everything ASAP. I really like the way Paul showed me how he could identify the exact issue my old boiler was having. Quick, clean, and professional! Highly recommend.

I'm surprised to see such good reviews because they were really rude to us on the phone. We called because we're having issues with our current water system and wanted to see if Leo can help, instead he told us not to buy cheap water systems and hung up. He could have told us about his water systems and business, clearly were having issues with ours so we would be open to other systems if they are truly better.
