One Call Construction installed a complete new roof and gutters on our home and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond when I had any questions or concerns - always responding immediately and even repaired some venting that was previously installed incorrectly. The workers showed up on time every day and the job was completed in 3 days as scheduled with no issues. I would highly recommend them.

I am pleased to review One Call Construction, which I hired to install a new roof on my three-story home in Newark, NJ. Other contractors that provided estimates were GAF Master Elite Contractors, offering the same Pro HDZ roofing package. However, One Call’s estimate was considerably lower than the others for the same GAF materials, and warranty. I selected One Call, because their estimate was unique in that it addressed the remediation of the home’s Yankee gutter system, and the dormers by removing shingles from them, and replacing those shingles with beautiful siding. The company representative was professional and quite informative, and the materials that he presented, and the quality of the estimate document were of high caliber.

All the work is complete, and the crew finished this large job in just three days, all within a week of signing the contract. The day after completion, it rained and there were no leaks. I was pleasantly surprised the next day after the rain when a couple of crew members did a follow-up inspection.

I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to work with this company on future projects.

We love our new roof and soffits. I found One Call construction, friendly, and informative. The workers were polite and respectful of my property. The work looks great. They did everything as discussed with no problems. My yard was well cleaned up of all the nails and materials I was impressed and will be referring them to people in the future.

We are very satisfied with our roof and gutter replacement! Initially, we planned only for a roof replacement, but Darean, Austin and their team carefully inspected and recommended replacing the damaged wood due to gaps and chipping, as well as the gutter. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. Darean and Austin were very knowledgeable and sincere. Their team especially the roofers did excellent, detailed work. They also clean up the yard well after the job. All work was done on time. The end result looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier. Truly a great team to work with—highly recommended!

I recently had 6 windows installed in my 100 year porch from One Call. These windows totally matched the look of the house and capped of the final home renovation. The quality of the windows are outstanding and the installation was so professionally completed. All of my needs were met, I highly recommend One Call for both Windows and Roofing needs.

UPDATE TO MY NOVEMBER REVIEW. Once Derean became aware of my dissatisfaction with the project cleanup, he responded immediately.The cleanup was completed and I very happy with my roof replacement. I am more than grateful to be able to express my appreciation for the quality of work on my roof. His team was delightful in their professional attention to keeping me informed of their progress and adhered to the time commitment given. I would highly recommend OCHR and look forward to working with them on other home improvement projects.
