Constraction reviews in Hazlet, New Jersey

Bill was extremely detailed. He not only sent me the results within 24 hours but he also did it over the weekend which was very considerate of him. He seemed very knowledgeable as he was also able to give me rough estimates (that matched when I asked professionals) on the prices of certain appliances and issues noticed at the house when I asked. Will use him again for sure.

Bill is a master of his craft. He is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and diligent. He happily and clearly answered all my questions as we went through the inspection. Bill runs the business very efficiently: scheduling, payment, and turn around time on delivering the report are easy/prompt. His reports are extremely clear, with numbered points, photos, and clear explanations. I would highly recommend.

Accredited Home Inspection is a wonderful company. Bill is an excellent home inspector who is extremely experienced and skilled. He will walk through the home with you to explain his findings and his report has detailed explanations of each found item. He returns the report to you, your relator and your lawyer in a timely fashion and is willing to answer any further questions even after the inspection is over. My husband and I were very pleased with Accredited Home Inspection.

Bill performed an asbestos and radon inspection for me and my wife. He scheduled us very promptly and arrived early the day of the inspection. He was a very knowledgeable and honest professional. We would definitely recommend Accredited Home Inspections to others.

Bill & Mary were an exceptional team who inspected a potential home that my husband and I were going to buy. Had it not been for their thorough inspection, we could have made a very bad investment. They found things wrong with the house that saved us in the end, and we wound up walking away from a home we thought was initially great. Had it not been for Bill's precise work & taking his time throughout the home, we could have been spending hundreds of thousands in hidden repairs. Highly recommend if you want an A+ inspection!!! Will be using Bill & his team again in the future for any of our inspection needs.

Quick and reliable service! Recommend!

Great service, with trained professionals and the agility to resolve real estate issues quickly, I recommend

Jack was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and detailed. I am so happy with his service and the turnaround time. Highly recommend him.

Jack performed the inspection on my condo last month. He completed a comprehensive inspection and as a first-time homebuyer, explained things and showed me both tips/tricks about things I was once unfamiliar with (e.g. HVAC filters changing/safety on electrical outlets, etc.)

He provided a very comprehensive/detailed inspection report and he answered any questions that came up after the inspection. He is experienced, knowledgable and made me feel that the property I was purchasing was both safe and up to par.

Would 10/10 recommend for all your home inspection needs!!!

Jack was through with my home inspection, he explained the important parts of the house during the inspection and took pictures that were helpful in the final report.

Report was easy to understand and look through.

Jack was also helped in answering questions via text after the inspection.

However, please just make sure you are clear on what you are paying for. I thought my packaged included thermal imaging and radon, but was surprised not to see them on the report. Please have those discussion up front. When asked about that he told me that was a separate charge. If I would have known that earlier, it may have changed my decision in choosing the service provider.

Jack was extremely responsive and came out to complete the home inspection within 24 hours of our initial conversation. He was extremely thorough and detail oriented. His report came the very next morning and was very easy to navigate. Anytime I had questions or needed something Jack would assist right away. I would recommend HomeCheck, Ltd to anyone looking for a home inspection for a real estate purchase!

Although turnaround time was excellent, price was good, and inspection seemed to go very smooth, I was in for two major expenses not hinted by the inspector. While the inspection report stated the furnace was OK, it actually had to be replaced two weeks after I moved in because, I found out it was not going to make it through the winter. While the inspection stated no problems whatsoever with the roof, three weeks after I moved, roof started liking significantly in two places. I was told by 3 different roofers that the roof was installed improperly and the shingles were curved up.

Jack was knowledgeable and patient. All around good experience. Highly recommended!

Jack was great and through with my home inspection. He explained the important parts of the house during the inspection and took pictures that were very helpful in the final report.

His report was easy to understand and look through and I felt like he was on my side as a buyer. He used a Drone for the roof and flagged several important issues for us.

At times I had to wait up to a day for a response, but he delivered the inspection report fairly quickly. Would recommend

Amazing job! Super detailed exactly what I was looking for. Took his time and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend

HomeCheck was professional from the first contact. Provided all services and answered all of our questions. Jack made the process fun and delivered the report right on time. Highly recommended!

Jack was extremely helpful during the inspection. Was at the home early, very thorough and I had the report the next morning. I'd recommend HomeCheck to all.

Hiring a Certified Master Inspector makes all the difference. Jack was very detailed and sent a complete report the same day as promised. I learned a lot about the house and how to care for it during the inspection. I would recommend HomeCheck to all first time buyers.
