Recently used them for my 100+ year old home and will absolutely be having them come back for more projects! Professional, respectful, and reasonably priced. Everyone from the owner, office staff to the techs are so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

I was quoted $750 to upgrade 7 old recessed lights, I agreed to price. However when he installed them and was done in 20 minutes, I knew something was wrong. I immediately noticed they installed cheap retrofit fixtures, exact same ones available at Lowes for $10- the kind that simply screw in like a lightbulb (I put these in the bedrooms but wanted nicer professionally installed lights for the kitchen). When i spoke to the owner to say there must have been a miscommunication, he was firm. He said that is the product they install for $40 each plus 3 hours of labor. When I said the guy was here only 20 minutes, I was told they ‘round up to 3 hours even if it takes 20 minutes. And I am not accounting for travel time to buy materials’. When I said that is not right, I was told ‘dont tell me how to run my business. You just want to pay less’. I didn’t even try to negotiate the initial quote. I am always OK paying for good work. However, I expect a professional to install a quality product and charge appropriately for their time and the complexity of the job; not grab the cheapest thing off the shelf at Lowes and charge 3 hours of labor for a 20 minute job. Very unprofessional.

Sean and his team have worked on two of my investment properties and they did an amazing job on both. From the very first phone call their attention to detail allowed the project to run smoothly. They showed up on time. They did everything that was asked of them and left the properties clean when they were done. Very professional and would work with them anytime.

I reached out to Sean to replace a broken timer for pool robot. Unfortunately, the new timer happened to be defective.

He also installed outdoor spotlight above the garage, but the timer wasn't adjusted to the max time. I have a long driveway, and by the time I walk my dog down the driveway and cross the street, the light turns off, so I go back in darkness.

First time I reached out about the issues on 07/31/24. He promised to come over. Then I reached out again on 08/16/24, but never heard back.

I understand the spotlight has the limit of 5 minutes, which can be set manually. When your tech installed the spotlight, he lied about increasing the time on the dial, because he didn't want to climb up a ladder again after you told him to reinstall it, because he installed the spotlight in wrong way.

Finally, I was able to use long ladder today and set the timer to the max time (mid dial in case you aren't aware).

Yes, I did dismissed your techs and sent them away. Because - you kept pushing this appointment from the original date, and then these guys came unannounced; and you sent the same person, who couldn't install the simple spotlight, instead of coming yourself. I couldn't trust the guy to do more serious job.

Plus I couldn't trust you either anymore, since you never replaced the defective timer you installed. I understand that wasn't your fault, but it had to be replaced under the warranty. You might want to inspect the image I attached with our communication in the original review I left for you.

Your response about "choosing to no longer servicing my home" demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism as a business owner. This abrupt choice leaves me with the impression that there was no forethought or consideration given to the needs and expectations of your clients. It's crucial for any reputable company to maintain open communication and address issues directly with customers rather than making unilateral decisions without advance notice.

Sean came highly recommended, and I could not agree more! He was quick to respond and punctual. He did an awesome job and our new electrical panel looks neat and clean and well labeled! Will definitely use Sean for future projects!

This was my first time using Sean and his team and definitely not the last. He was accomodating, punctual and courteous, but above all he did a great job. I needed two bathroom exhaust fans replaced and some work in the main panel, all of which were done quickly and with precision.

I called L&N and they came last night. They were great. I would highly recommend. He explained what was wrong and fixed. He knew I have 3 small children and didn't leave until he fixed. Just in time for Christmas Eve! I'm GRATEFUL.

Nick was really great! I thought the project would cause us to have to shut down our operations in order to do the work but he kept us operational. Also, he ensured everything was clean before he left.
