They did a great job replacing my shower valve. The technician Andrew showed up on time, asked about our concerns, and diagnosed the problem that two other places couldn’t solve. He was courteous, professional, and clean with the work he performed. Thanks again Payless Plumbing!!!

We contacted Payless Plumbing & Heating when we were having a problem with a new hot water heater installed with another company through our Home Warranty. John from Payless came & was extremely helpful and very informative explaining things to us that was never explained with the other company. I had very good experience with Payless plumbing, they have replaced water heater under warranty for me. John was so punctual and extremely experienced, he diagnosed and replaced water heater very quickly. Loved his quality of work. After calling, multiple businesses I made contact with Payless Plumbing. It was a great experience from beginning to completion. Office personnel were knowledgeable, and understanding of my issues and told me of what the potential causes could be. John arrived within 2 hours of my call. Very polite and experienced. After a little discussion, he attempted to unclog the toilet, the 1st and cheapest option. Unfortunately it had shown to be in the main drain. He told me what he was going to do and explained it. He was very considerate when bringing in a heavy electric auger from my porch through the house. Carefully did all that was needed, prepping for potential spills/ messes. Took care of the problem, removed his equipment and cleaned up (probably cleaner than it was). All is well today and would HIGHLY recommend Payless Plumbing to anyone, and will use them if needed again.

We had a great experience with Payless Plumbing. We had a gas leak issue as well as a broken water heater. John responded quickly and reviewed all the different options and took time to explain things. I was grateful and impressed with how quickly he was able to resolve all the issues, especially because this was a rental unit and we needed it fixed quickly for our tenants. Happy customer here.

John was very honest and I’m shocked at his professionalism. Our HVAC ac is down and he came out to take a look. Since it needs to be replaced, John checked with his suppliers, and let me know that they unfortunately didn’t have any units in stock and it would take a while to get a unit. So, instead of getting the job, he actually recommended that I reach out to some other companies for a faster install instead. I can’t recommend John and Payless Plumbing enough.

This morning I woke up with no hot water. I noticed water under the water tank. I needed help, so I called Payless Plumbing.

Payless executed great response time, with my emergency, and John was sent to investigate the issue, which he quickly diagnosed the issue + +
( water tank leakage) . Thankfully and with grace, John successfully completed the removal of the old and the install of the
new .

John is not only professional and knowledgeable but truly cares about his clients My husband had surgery and was due to come home the next morning - unfortunately the water main backed up - our family had water in it and you could not use any water in the house or it would continue to run This was at 9 pm on a Saturday evening - John was there and fixed the problem This was not the first time we used Payless and it certainly will not be the last Thanks John for making an extremely situation better!
