J&S received an escalated request to fix my ho.e boiler and promptly contacted me and arrived to assist. The technician was informative and professional. I highly recommend J&S.

I had already had a plumber take a look and trouble shoot. My furnace would not stay lit more than an hour. Unfortunately, my girl insisted on using our insurance through Americam Shield to have the furnace fixed. Here enters J&S.

When they arrived I left someone here to explain the issue so I didn't have to miss work. He was here less than 30 minutes started the furnace and said to call back if it went out. I mean it's only winter, who need heat anyway right? The second time my girl stayed to make sure there were no issues, but her presence didn't help. The guy was rude saying he couldn't fix the issue because he didn't have the equipment, when questioned he said "I don't have a crystal ball." She reminded him that he was here last time and he then his excuse changed to he need approval to do this work.

For the third appointment, they called around 730pm to schedule for the following day 10-12pm. They could not accommodate with another time even though this was the 3rd time they were coming here for the same issue. I used comp time and missed work. They called to cancel the job at 9am the voice-mail claimed the only tech that could do the job had a 101 fever. I called to get a man on the phone who sounded like he was full of energy! To my surprise this is allegedly the tech who was sick. When I voiced my displeasure he informed me that he woke up with now a 104 fever. Terrible work on two occasions to cancel a job on the third attempt. Save your time energy and money. If you have American Shield, they are aware of this fraud of a company don't let them schedule them for you.
