I never leave reviews, unless they are glowing and the business asks me to. However, this is a total scam. If I could rate no stars I would. They are sketchy.

I called this service yesterday morning as my dryer vent needed to be cleaned and there was a small tear in the pipe attachment. They said they would come between 9-11am, they didn’t. Then I called back at 2pm to see if they were delayed and they said they’d come between 4-6pm, so I waited and they didn’t. It was frustrating, especially since when I called they were pretty useless and couldn’t give me any answers at all, but I forgot it and figured I’d call someone else to do it the next day.

Then today I get a call at 2:30 saying they can come now, which doesn’t suit me. So we reschedule for 4:15. The technician doesn’t show till 4:40. He tells me it’ll be $300 (twice what the other two services I called priced it at). Then he starts ‘fixing’ the dryer pipe - he just taped it like crazy until he realized that wouldn’t work. Then he didn’t have the piece to replace it after mangling it - it had a small tear before, so he’d have to go get the part and would be back in 15-30mins and it’d cost another $50.

The technician seemed perfectly nice but I would not say he seemed incredibly knowledgeable, or walked me through what he was going to do like the reviews make it seem.

Finally I’d had enough and told him I’d reschedule. Had to pay the service fee for him to come.

Also the phone service they use has to be outsourced because it is useless and incredibly frustrating to talk with them. The reviews (definitely fake) make it seem like a nice small business. It is not and they can’t give me a straight answer on the name of the company - apparently it’s just “Service”.

So all in all I paid $69 to wait around my house for a full day, have a guy who didn’t seem affiliated with who I thought I was hiring show up (diff branding etc.) and try to overcharge me, and then leave my dryer worse than it was before.
