The scheduling staff was courteous and helpful in scheduling a convenient date and time. the Technical team saved me money by identifying a less expensive part than the OEM price for the refrigerator part. The Technician arrived within the specified time window and completed the repair in a thoroughly competent and professional manner. I recommend Jersey Appliances highly.

Update today, FEBRUARY 24, 2026: Find someone else to get your appliance fixed! This place is a ripoff!

I have had this company come out twice. The first time JANUARY 21, 2026, he found nothing wrong and ran a diagnostic on the machine and everything was great! I paid the $129.95 + tax ($138.56) for the service call.

On FEBRUARY 4, 2026, this company came back out again because I got the same error message on my Bosch dishwasher. This time I was charged almost $200 (minus the "service call")! (I was charged $37.50 for PART, $20 for S/H of part, and $125 LABOR)!!

Now on FEBRUARY 24, 2026, I get the SAME ERROR MESSAGE! And my dishwasher has become unusable again! And AGAIN I will have to pay for whatever "PART, SHIPPING OF PART, and LABOR" if they can FIND what is wrong with the machine. My other alternative is that they uninstall my dishwasher and take it with them to find out what is wrong!!

(ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 1/21/26): First of all I want to thank Jersey Appliance Inc for their top notch service organization. I had an error code on my dishwasher and they dispatched Manny who was running late but he did call us to see if we still wanted him that day.

When he arrived he immediately got to work to determine the cause of my issue. He was not able to find the root cause of the problem but Manny spent an hour running a diagnostic check with no issues. Now at this point he could have replaced parts that were not needed and cost me a fortune. Manny is a professional individual where honesty comes first. (OBVIOUSLY GOT THIS WRONG!!)

He recommended we use the dishwasher as normal and if the error appears again to call back. THEY GUARANTEED THEIR SERVICE FOR 30 DAYS AT NO CHARGE. Obviously service is just to drive to your home and includes NO LABOR for fixing machine!!

If service is required on my appliances in the future I won't be recommending Jersey Appliances. I am calling Bosch to let them know of this company's practices!

Kyle was great. He was able to fix our dishwasher in a jiffy. He made sure it was working correctly and cleaned up like he was never there working on it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Kyle!!

I first Purchased a dishwasher with installation from home depot. The installer arrived & said he couldn't install until I hire a plumber & handyman to prepare for the install. I refused the delivery. HD treated it as a return even though it never came off the truck. After 2 weeks with my bank getting involved I got every penny back. I went to Jersey Appliance for a second opinion. The sevice mgr said he'd send a technician to view the situation. There would be a charge but if they did the install it would go towards the installation. HD and Lowes would not send a technician before I did the purchase.
The technician found some obstruction on the floor and a hose needed to be replaced & he could definitely make it fit. I also was given the option to buy the dishwasher from them if their supplier had it. A week later my first choice was available. it was only tweny dollars higher than home Depot & lowes.

Second experience with Jersey Appliance in 3 months. This time for a less than 2 yr old washer that I figured needed a new electrical panel. First I was thrilled that they were open on a holiday Monday and I was able to schedule for nearest available opening. Knowing I have a spouse with dementia they offered to put us on a cancellation list, which was thoughtful. Our repairman Brian arrived on time, putting on shoe covers to protect my floors from the salt tracking in. He quickly determined the problem with our machine but explained he had to order the part per Whirlpool requirements. Fortunately a snowstorm did not delay the part delivery and Brian came back the next day. As before he arrived with a smile on his face and then did an efficient replacement of the panel. He tested the various washing stages to be sure all was working properly. I felt very confident in Brian’s work and will no doubt call Jersey Appliance for any future needs. Thank you Brian and Jersey Appliance!

Kyle did an amazing job fixing my refrigerator’s water filter head! He was courteous, knowledgeable, totally prepared, and completely efficient. His service is of high value and I recommend him to anyone in need of assistance!

We had a fantastic experience with Jersey Appliance today in fixing our LG dishwasher. Brian was our technician who promptly arrived and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher and clearly explained what needs to be replaced. He went over and beyond to get the part replaced on the same day and get the dishwasher working. I would highly recommend Brian and the company for your appliance needs 👍
