Kyle was our technician and he did a very thorough job identifying the issue with our microwave / wall oven . He was patient and did not give up until he fixed our issue. He was patient, polite, and honest each time!

Brian did an amazing job. He was prompt, courteous and wasn’t even bothered by my dog, who can be a bit annoying. We typically just expect a 2 visit repair, once to identify the problem, then a second to install the parts that needed to be ordered. Brian took the initiative to bring parts with him, and complete the repair on the spot. It’s great to get the washer back much earlier than we expected thanks to Brian.

I have relied on Jersey Appliance for years, and they will always be my first call (after I try the troubleshooting tips in the manual😃) They have diagnosed and repaired many of my kitchen and laundry appliances. Courteous, fast and professional service with each technician. Worth the cost to keep my current appliances in great shape!

Wish I could give 0 stars. We called Jersey Appliance 1/3/26 (TWENTY days ago) to repair our washer. They told us they had to order a part, a week went by and we heard nothing. I called them the following week and was told the wrong part came in and they had to re-order the part. Twenty days later a repairman came to our house to repair the washer and they STILL have the wrong part. Called and spoke to a supervisor who took no accountability at all and blamed Samsung on sending the wrong part multiple times. Even if this is true, we’ve had no communication from this company throughout the process and have had to call multiple times to check the status. We’ve now shelled out over $100 to go to the laundromat over the last month and will have to continue to do so until our washer is fixed who knows when. Do NOT use this company if you actually want your appliance fixed.

Great experience with Jersey Appliance. The Office Staff are friendly and helpful. I am always notified when the technician is on their way. Our technician Brian is totally familiar with the function of kitchen appliances and has the knowledge how to do the necessary repairs. He has answered my many questions professionally and with a smile. He is prompt, courteous and always leaves the work site clean.

Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. We had two issues with our GE Cafe refrigerator. Kyle resolved one issue during initial visit, troubleshot the other. He explained nature of the issue and had to order a part to resolve. The following week Kyle returned with part and successfully completed the repair. I would highly recommend Jersey Appliance.

Very happy with the service provided by Jersey Appliance. Everyone from the office staff taking my call to the service technician doing the repair was very pleasant and informative. Manny explained possible causes and kept me informed throughout the process. He diagnosed the problem, located the part needed in his truck and completed the repair in one visit. It was an all around great experience.

Avoid Jersey Appliances – Felt Like a Complete Rip-Off

My LG dryer began displaying the TE1 error code, which I suspected might be related to vent buildup. I had the vents professionally cleaned, but the technician suggested it could be a minor connection issue and recommended calling a repair service.
I contacted Jersey Appliances and spoke with Whitney, who quoted approximately $130 + tax + parts for the repair. I agreed and scheduled a visit.
When the technician arrived, he clarified that the $130 + tax was only the diagnostic/service call fee – parts and labor would be extra. He then provided an estimate of around $450 total. With him already on-site, I felt I had little choice and approved the work.
He spent about an hour troubleshooting, tried replacing one part, but then realized it was the wrong one. He said he'd need a different part (estimated $30–$40 + labor) and would report back to the office. He assured me there would be no additional service call charge for the follow-up visit.
Today, I received a call with a new quote of $550 for parts and labor. This contradicted what the on-site technician had told me, and it seemed clear they weren't sure about the exact issue. Adding it all up ($130 service fee + $550 + tax), the total exceeded the cost of a new dryer.
The inconsistent quotes, surprise fees, and shifting explanations made the entire experience feel dishonest and exploitative. I strongly recommend staying away from Jersey Appliances.
(For context: The TE1 code on LG dryers typically points to a thermistor (temperature sensor) fault, wiring issue, or related minor component – often a straightforward, inexpensive fix if diagnosed properly.)

The fact is that they charged me $130 for doing nothing. Next day they came back with an estimation of $550 which is ridiculous. I mean $550? for what? for a temperature sensor? Certainly they are not subject matter experts.

Our Sharp Drawer Microwave Oven had a short in it and stopped working. We called Jersey Appliance, Inc., and setup a service. The technician came the following day and fixed the issue which was a blown fuse, and we ended up replacing three micro switches and two micro switch brackets for a reasonable fee. We are very pleased with the quick, speedy and professional repair that was performed on our microwave and would highly recommend Jersey Appliance, Inc. to anyone needing a major appliance repair.

Overall , i was very impressed with their service. It was my first time using this company ,so naturally i was alittle skeptical. One quick phone call and all was set. No money up front . They sent convenient text messages alerting me of their arrival to my home. The technician that came was awesome . I belive his name was Manny. Impressive dude. He was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable . I would definitely use them again. And would ask for him . Price was very reasonable.

I wanted to post how impressed I was with the service at Jersey Appliance. The technician Manny was exceptional. He knew what the problem was and fixed it. Cheri and Maura on the phones were also very pleasant to talk to.
