Came home from a Christmas outing to find it was 48 degrees in the house since the heat went out. Snow storm was predicted to be coming in a few hours. Panic set in. I called temco and the response was immediate. They sent Tim within 15 minutes and he was able to fix it. Crisis averted. This isn’t the first time I used temco. When I added an additional system to my house they came to install it and I received nothing but great professional dependable service. They are a local Bergen county company in Hillsdale and I would highly recommend them. Thank you temco for saving the day.

Temco HVAC is seriously the best. I decided to test my furnace this morning and it wouldn't turn on, I called Temco and they were super quick to respond—like they always are. Tim showed up on time, was super friendly, and had everything fixed way faster than I expected.

What sets TEMCO apart from others is the character of the ownership and management. The company looks out for the best interests of the consumer, and honors courtesy, fairness and fair dealing above all else. Case in point when a faulty heater was installed years ago by another outfit. The owner Tim documented the issues, and problem solving attempts, and was able to navigate a warranty replacement with the manufacturer, and provide a speedy installation of a new heater at a reasonable cost. It's comforting to do business with a company of high ethical character. I also admire a local company that invests in teaching and training local young talent so one day they can serve their communities with the same skill and adherence to the high standards of ethical responsibility of the current ownership.

We woke up Black Friday morning to a cold 56 degree house. Our first call was to the well known contractor that installed 2 new heat/ac units just 4 yrs. ago in our home. Upon calling, we were greeted with a recording stating that they were closed until Monday, with no ability to leave a message. At that point we decided to look for a local company to help us. The first call, at 8:15 am that morning, was to Temco, a company we had never used before.Tim, the owner, answered and after hearing we had no heat, responded by saying he could arrive by 10 am and was confident that he could help us. Tim showed up even earlier, diagnosed the problem, and set out to find the parts he needed even though most supply houses were closed for the holiday. He went out of his way, traveling to different locations while trying to locate the motor he needed. Finally, after a lot of time and effort, he was able to get a motor, install it and we had heat.
Tim went out of his way to help us, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to have working in our home. We could not give Temco a higher or better recommendation. We will surely be using them for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

We’ve been using Temco for 13 years. I first met Timmy when he installed an entire new 2 zone AC unit in our 2 family house. When getting quotes he was the most fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. When we moved a few years ago Tim came and ran another zone downstairs in our house and once again him and his team were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Temco in a heartbeat! We have used Temco in the past but just recently we had a couple of calls to them for our older furnace. I love that the phone is always answered and you can talk to someone and then within hours, sometime sooner a service person is at our door!After trying to fix the different parts that were breaking, to see if it would last the season, we decided it was time to get a new system. The owner, Tim, promptly came by to review our needs and provided us with a reasonable quote the same day. Once we decided on a system, it was installed the next day. We experienced prompt arrival by Tim and the install team, who were friendy, efficient and knowledgeable. I even asked for a rerouting of an intake vent, no problem, gladly completed as part of job with no extra charge. We couldnt be happier with our decision to use Temco. It is clear Tim and his entire team take pride in their work and how they treat their customers. If you need an HVAC company you can trust, TEMCO is the one to call! Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Temco by my former landlord, who was referred by our realtor. I reached out in need of a quote to replace my HVAC! Tim stopped by, however I was in a rush so he went as quickly as he could explaining what I would need in terms of a furnace and compressor.

We agreed to have a follow up. In the follow up Tim and Mike came again to talk me through my replacements and make sure they had the correct measurements! Tim talked me through the brand and why he recommended it and what was missed in my original installation. He also provided me a timeframe around getting the work done.

What impressed me is, one he came highly recommended and he cared about making sure I would be satisfied. We set a date!

Mid January Tim confirms the upcoming Friday would be installation day! Tim. Mike, Tino, and Ruben showed up at 8am SHARP! They worked diligently all day inside and outside until the job was done and my heat was running GOOD!! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys!

They were friendly, professional, organized and made sure my space was put back the same way they found it!
