Scheduled dryer vent and air vents to be cleaned. Quoted $99 for dryer vent and $199 for up to 10 air vents. Technician arrived. Opened an air vent and told me they are dirty. He then quoted $1200 for the vents. Did not mention price I was quoted. Proceeded to tell me it would be $500 for dryer vent and to blow out 2 furnaces. I was confused and agreed. My mistake to not question.
Paid $500 for 35 minutes of work. Called office to question job. Thought this was a Hillsdale based company. Not sure where they operate from. Calling service. Was told technician would get back to me. Never did. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Avoid using this company.
